The Samsung OmniaHD i8910 ... this NEEDS it's own thread.

I'm so tempted to get this, but there are a few things holding me back...maybe you guys can help....

1. Does it do the whole stupid "you can't take a photo (or launch any other app of your choice) cause the battery's a bit low" thing, like many other Samsungs, or can you just keep using till it dies?
2. What's the camera actually like? I've Googled till I'm blue in the face and can't seem to find any decent reviews with lots of pics, or which compare it to other camphones! (Maybe I just need some sleep lol)
3. Is the HD really all that, or is the whole thing a bit of a gimmick?
4. No lens cover....seriously, what's that about?? (coming from an N95 with a perfect lens cover!) How easy is it going to be to damage the glass cover and render the cam useless? What do you guys that have one use to protect the lens?

See, I have a 2-year old and want to be able to snap excellent pics, so the camera is my number 1 priority (since I'm too lazy to carry a dedicated camera as well as a phone) - and I don't own a video cam so the idea of HD on this is sooooo tempting!

What do you guys reckon would be better overall - this, or the Satio??

Need quite urgent help.

Decided to update through pc studio 7

it's gotten too receiving phone raw data then it seemd to disconnect it's self and has now been like this for 5 mins (stuck on 27% overall progress). Phone screen is blue and it's not connected to pc studio anymore.

Any advice?
