What a blast from the past. I loved this machine and took it back with me to South Africa when I moved there for a bit.

Actually considering a new build for a sim racing rig setup.

Xtia sent us their XSlim configurable and modular ITX case to play with. In it's compact mode 3.6L but can be expanded to 4.7L up to 5.8L for larger GPU's!

Specs here:

Intel 12700K
Asus Z690i Rog Strix motherboard
Kingston Fury Renegade 64gb DDR5 Memory
Gigabyte RTX 4060 LP Graphics Card
Enhance ENP 7660B Modular PSU
Xtia XSlim Mini ITX Case in 5.8L mode.

Really keep wanting to build an itx system for myself. I’m about as small as I can get with matx now.

I started off at MATX years ago back in 2012 then moved to ATX and really didn't like it so transitioned to ITX. Haven't had a ATX system in 6 or so years now, it's the best move ever if you don't mind working in confined spaces and having small hands is a plus .

my matx is just under 22l so not exactly that small but one of the smallest budget cases i could find. smaller would be better though.

I've got a ZZAW C2 which is pretty small for matx at 13.9l.
Horrific for cooling, and could never hold the giant flagship GPUs, but I did like having that on the desk. C2P exists too, which is a bit more friendly, at the cost of a little extra size.

Also have an SKTC A10, which is very small, but only decent for APU builds, or low profile PCIe cards.
