couldn't really care less if they made no UI or usability enhancements (although they'd be nice knowing apple ), its the stability and performance enhancements i'm looking forward to, they are saying thats the keystone of this update so will be very interesting
Im just going on yes as i watched my mate struggle with tiger for the last year (no new mac games would install on it comically) so being up to date seems a little essential, plus £19 is nothing really
Awesome choice of drive. For your Mac Pro or MacBook Pro?
As for Snow Leopard. I'll be upgrading. It's a no brainer. Anyway you can bet your life that soon apps will demand 10.6 (that's why Apple made it cheap if you ask me)
I Will off load this white mb onto my other half, as her pc is rubbish and buy the 13inch pro, but I know I will end up getting the 15" with the better Gfx card as I cant resist it every time i go on the HE store I add it to basket lol
While I won't get the benefits of OpenCL on my Core Duo MacBook, GCD will add some speed to things and it'll extend the life of this MacBook (as far as the OS is concerned) to at least 5 years total
