We clearly have two different viewpoints here but I'm not giving you a 'hard time' because I don't like helping people or answering questions. It is clear you have not done your own research on the differences between the two cameras. That doesn't help us to help you as you are asking us extremely subjective questions when it is you who is spending the money and you who knows your needs. Do yourself a favour and research and watch videos and then ask intelligent questions based on the differences that you have noticed. That way you will educate yourself and avoid buyers remorse.

Enjoy the A7III, probably the best choice in the end if you aren't sure as you save yourself money.

Good choice, I’d you don’t need the MP then the main reasons to get it goes out the window.

For Astro stuff you really want wide and fast primes, Sigma 20/1.4 or the 14/1.8 would be my choice but they are not on the E mount yet. Just wait a little for it, the 20mm should be this year.

Landscape, Id get a zoom because aperture or fast glass isn’t that important for this.

I'm just hoping it comes this month, when I was on the phone with WEX they said there was a huge pre-order list that they may not be able to fulfil in one hit.
