If you must! However as I said before we can't be loud, this is a chill out after the storm, not a party hard senario. Plus you will have been out clubbing till 4am the evening before, played 3 games of 10pin bowling and then drunk a large number of cocktails! Plus any private partying you have planned, so if you have a lot of energy for Karaoke your are a better man than I Gunga Din!

Playstation will probably be in use for GT4 and PES so you may have to fight for it and I'm not sure you'll get my backing to replace these with Karaoke!

The Karaoke will only be as loud as your speakers .. I know we can't be too loud because of your neighbours :)

I'll bring it along and play it by ear , If everyone is too tired or it's not what everyone wants to do we can leave it but I thought I could bring it just in case :)

Official OcUK Kent Meet Business

Right we have a gap in the itinerary on Saturday morning, the bowling or at least the gathering to move to the bowling alley starts at ~3.00pm.

So we are a little light of activities for the morning/ early afternoon apart from pickling our livers (compulsary for those in the drinking lane).

So....... any ideas then?

Obviously we are limited by the weather and even more so by what Maidstone has to offer.

We could spend some time in smaller groups, walk by the river, shop in the brand new House of Fraser (opens on the 10th), I'll investigate the new LAN shop which is round the corner at lunchtime see if they are open on Saturday mornings (don't count on it) or I am open to suggestions

If the weather is nice we could go for a nice walk or if it's a bit too cold we could lounge around in the white wabbit playing pool or something ?

I honestly don't fancy shopping or going to a Cyber Cafe etc but as always I'm happy to go with the Majority :)

Oooo I'm suprised you responded, thought you would be 'making your own entertainment' ;) (dons: please delete if this scores too highly on the Smut-o-meter :))

Unfortunately the Rampant Rabbit does not have a pool table, or at least didn't prior to the refurb, its more of the family pub/ Beefeater type place :(

There is a pool hall Suzie Q's but its on the other side of town and inundated with chavlets

What I have found though is a DANCE MAT GAME!!!! so if there isn't one at the bowling alley then we can 'have it out' as it were (ooo errr) on the Saturday night, its just upstairs from Old Orleans in the cinema!

I'm happy just to longue around chatting to everyone .... most of us will be recovering from the night before anyway :)

There is actually a nicely tacky pub around the corner called the Holly Bush which does have a pool table, so that might be an option, probably pretty deserted on a Saturday morning unless there is some sort of sport on.

Could do both I suppose, have an hour playing pool and drinking (OJ :o), and then spend some time using the arcade machines in the bowling alley.
 
Are we still all meeting in the Wabbit around 1pm or so? That's when me and Lynne expect to arrive, so either we're meeting there, or I'll need the number of some people so I can speak to you and try to find where you all are :D
