The Tata Nano

I am convinced that it looks like a Daewoo Matiz

I guess the reason the Aygo & Smart aren't that cheap in comparison is that they were designed with the international market, and all the rules and regs that come with it, in consideration. Anyone can bolt a moped engine onto a fisher price body, but make is conform to EU directives....

BINGO!! :D

lol...the dropped one made me laugh.

/me wants more photoshopped Nanos...

After doing it, I actually quite like the idea of a dropped one. Wouldn't scare me half so much as the normal one, I mean they are on stilts!

I suppose I should give it camber and some deepdish rims too?

It's quite incredible that it can be made for £1200, just with the materials costs. One slightly disappointing aspect is the fuel economy, I'd have hoped for a little more than 50mpg from a 600cc, 600kg car.

The usual i guess.... :) Clear indicators, a better colour other than yellow, mesh grille...a GT/GTI/Type-R badge...as well as "upgraded" rims :)

Hmm, India cost, £1200, est. UK cost £8000+

Exactly how much would it cost to bring one back from India then ? :D

We need Rover back on the go to re-badge it, ruin it a little more and then bump the price up. That's what this thing needs before it's ready for the UK market.

I would agree with this - I read that the Agyo, C1 and 107 are remarkable feats of engineering for being able to meet EU regulations with their reduced weight and price.
