Decent session.
Squats
Bar x lots
40kg x 5
60kg x 3
80kg x 2
85kg x 3x5
I really hope I can keep this up until 100kg, but it's getting tough.
Bench

40kg x 4
50kg x 3
60kg x 5x5
These were brilliant! Really focused on keeping the shoulder blades pinned back, together and down.
BOR (Pendlay)
Bar x some

The last set was just silly explosive. So much awesomes.
Back Extensions
BW + 20kg x 2x12
I slowed these down to make sure I was getting symmetric contractions. Considering swapping these for GHR's since I don't quite fit it properly and it causes a lot more flexion in the upper back at the bottom part of the movement.
Tricep Pushdowns
29kg x 5x20
So satisfying.
Band Pulls
5x10
And that's that. The progress on the bench made my evening considering that I managed 65kg x 3 last time but managed 60kg 5x5. Squats are getting tough but there's nothing wrong with dropping the weight back and ramping back up. I'm hoping for another 15kg though before that's necessary.
