Went up the stairs at work the other day behind some good looking bird, she holds the door open at the top of the stairs and flashes me a cheeky grin and turns left toward the staff room/locker rooms, I go right into the warehouse and I see my friend and I say to him, quite audibly, 'she's a bit tastey', he grins and says 'she's behind you mate' and there she was with an even bigger grin lol queue embarrassment :p.

Never wrecked a PC though.

I made a **** up and because of that my right knee went back in on itself.
Got a Grade Two tendon injury.

Now I have to deal with all this rehab and physio rubbish.

I accidentally raised all stages of flaps about 20 feet off the deck on a practice go around on one of my training flights. Cue me jamming the throttle to full and swearing a lot, brown pants day :(

Spent about 3 hours last week trying to figure out why a dvd would not working in a friends pc. Should have realized it was an old cd drive.

Yeah I failed that mission as well, 5 flipping landings+ take offs. Microsoft should not have put it at that high just for advanced difficult.

Just ****ed up a cambelt change on my clio, accidentally moved the camshaft sprocket away from TDC and now i have no idea how to find it again. Off to the garage it goes.

Forgot to attach the hose from my Eheim 1250 pump (1200 litre/hour maybe) to the waterblock with my entire PC built and installed. Flicked the switch

Oh gosh I said :D as litres of water started cascading through the case, all over the Mobo, PSU, GFX etc.

I did hesitate when trying to pull the plug from the mains as there was so much water :)
Thankfully the PC wasn't turned on, it all dried out and worked surprisingly.
