Got hold of some Rhodonite yesterday not expecting to really like it even if it is well regarded. I must say, I was wrong, fantastic flavour and I'd rate it up near The Milkman in my favourite liquids.

Eleaf weren't stupid enough to pull a Thermaltake on it, though...:p

Aren't 22650 mods coming to the fore, yet?

Vape forward already have the Stout which is a 100W 26650, though Pbusardo has shown it cant actually do 100w in any meaningful sense, but they have now released the Centurion, its also a 26650 mod, 100w, slightly bigger than the Stout, looks a bit like an SX Mini on steroids.

I already have a Stout and so ill not be getting one either, ive far too many mods and tanks as it is anyway, im not buying any more mods till the DNA75 models hit the market.

Seen the Centurion... I generally prefer finger triggers or ones that fit all sorts, while this looks mostly thumb-oriented. Also wondering how long a single 18650 would last compared to this 22650 - Any thoughts?

I've no experience of 22650 - I assume if they were that much better, we'd be widely using them already?

Does that include the Eleaf Pico, or have you already got one? :)

Can anyone recommend some online shops that sell a nice range of quality liquids without breaking my wallet?

Been paying like 16£ for 30ml and I think that's a bit much?

Thanks

I received an email from Evolution Vaping with a code that gives 20% off juice.

I ended up buying Rocket man from OHW (180ml), BFB from flawless (240ml!) and Metronome by Cloud chasers (120ml).

It all came out to £92. That's 540 ml in total. And if you do the math, that comes down to 18 30ml bottles which would cost you £270 if you kept buying juices that way.

Granted, you have to like the flavor to be able to buy such a quantity but it is seriously the cheapest way to get some "premium" eliquids outside of DIY.

Just taken delivery of my Pancake RDA this morning. Running a single coil at 1ohm and its very flavoursum. Love the look of it and cant wait to get it thrown on my E7 DNA40 modulo tomorrow

The 26650 i use are 3500mAh and id say they last a fair bit longer than my 2500/2600mAh 18650's, running at 40-50w on single cell mods, so its worth it, not a huge difference, but noticeable :)

I have not got my Pico yet, FT keep changing the dates for shipping... getting daft now, was the 6th, then 15th, then 23rd and now its like "pre order" ???

I'm using 26650 4200mah and they last quite a bit longer than my 18650s.

Seen quite a few people enjoying their Pico's as well. I was going to pick one up but I seem to be reaching only for my squonkers now so it would be wasted. I'll probs pick one up 2nd hand in a couple of month or so

Yeah the 26650 does make a difference, though ive heard on reviews that when suffer sag much worse than an 18650 especially when they are at lower voltage, cant say ive noticed though.

I only ordered the Pico as i like tiny mods but now i have a nugget and although its only 1000mAh, it gets me too and from work running at 30w in TC with a .47ohm SS coil with no problems and thats nearly an hour of vaping... cracking little mod, far better battery life than the COV mini volt.

Hi

Can anyone help......

I mix my own flavours, recently I have found a great flavour... Fruit Loops.
I am loving the cereal in it, I just wondered if anyone could recommend other flavour concentrates similar.

I have also tried the Frosted Doughnut ! Not loving really !

Otherwise what is everyone else on?

I believe The Flavour Apprentice (TFA) do a Berry Crunch concentrate which is similar to Fruit Loops, without the milk.

Brilliant thanks,

I am not sure if it the Milk that I enjoy or the Cereal.
But Berry Crunch is next on list of flavours to buy.

I have tried Milkman before and rather enjoyed that.
Milk will also go on the list

Could anyone give me some suggestions for a new setup? My mvp2 and aspire nautilus isn't cutting it any more.I'm also a bit fed up of tipping my wallet out for coils that only last a week.
With this in mind I'm looking for, most likely, a large capacity tank where I can build my own coils, a reliable, well built mod that recharges safely via usb, a good wattage range and temperature control. From the tank, a good balance of flavour and cloud production, ease of use, build quality and reliability. I could also do with some suggestions for cotton, wire and batteries of applicable. A quick read has brought up the rx200 (albeit with some safety concerns?) And possibly a Griffin 25 tank. However I'm way, way put of the loop so would appreciate some suggestions :). I'm looking at a budget of ideally no more than £100 all in

Yo man!

If you don't mind waiting for delivery (7-9 days give or take) I'd say buy your mod, tank and charger from Fasttech (FT). You'll save yourself a fair bit of cash this way.

Mod - RX200 is a nice albeit it's quite large, if this doesn't bother you I'd say go for it! (£26 on FT)

Ideally you'll want an external charger for your batteries, I wouldn't trust the built in charger on the Wismec. I've recommended one below.

Tank - Vaporesso Gemini RTA (£19 on FT)

Charger - (Xtar VC4 - £18 on FT). It's USB powered so you need a 2A wall adapter, a decent phone one should be enough but the charger won't be able to use it's full charge rate without it being 2A.

Wire - Stealth Vape - I'd say grab some 24 & 26 gauge wire.

Cotton - any organic cotton will do. I get mine from Amazon - Cotton Labo - 200 sheets

Batteries - Torchy on eBay. You could get them off FT but you'll be waiting about 20 days for delivery. They're a lot cheaper too. I'd look at the Sony VTC5/Samsung 30Q/Samsung 25R.
