Yes, it's fine crinkleshoes. As long as you don't deliberately spam it touting for business I have no problem with it.

Awesome, thank you.

OK then - here is the product link... looks like at current exchange rate it is £45.26 including delivery to the UK.

http://www.vapecity.ch/en/starter-kits/508-kanger-dripbox-160w-starter-kit.html

First batch has sold old already, second batch is arriving May 30th.

RX200S is selling ridiculously quickly too, along with the Sigelei 213 :)

There's also a first order discount coupon that everyone gets - WELCOME5 at checkout.

That's very odd... 50/50 should easily work... I have used 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 and 80/20 in the full size TFV4 without any issues... I haven't tried a micro personally but they shouldn't have any trouble. Especially with 50/50.

I assume you have tried another coil and you primed it correctly?

Have you had the air flow holes closed and pulled 3 long / relatively high-force inhales through it to help the juice come through?

Big TFV4 really needs that to get it wicking correctly.

Yeah I found it strange, I'm sure I've had thicker juices without issue previously. I definitely primed it properly and tried pulling on it with the airflow closed, get maybe 1 ok hit then the rest are dry (even waiting several minutes between). Killed 3 coils trying that juice!

Hey guys, I'm struggling with my crappy Aerotank and Spinner battery combo so I'm looking for something a bit better :o

Reading back over the last 10 or so pages I'm completely lost.. I have no idea what I should be looking at. The options seem endless so I was hoping you guys might be able to help. I'd like a solid mod and a tank that doesn't leak lol.

Can anyone suggest something that would be a much better alternative to the above?

Cheers

Depends on your style of vaping.

I enjoy my Weismec RX200 and Aspire Clieto tank. Works well for me. All the power I need, plus a sub ohm tank with decent flavour and clouds. And it's cheap enough. Although you would need to get 3 x 18650 batteries plus a charger ideally.

Not really sure what the best "fixed" battery device out there is just now though, so can't help much if that's the sort of thing your looking for. But you could go for a LiPo DNA200 device if the budget allows.

I will also mention the OBS Crius tank though. I have a couple, and once you get a decent build in there, they can be great tanks for the money. Nice velocity style build deck helps, although I find I can't get very big claptons in there at all. You have to get the wicking right though, like every tank really, or else they may leak a little.

Using an RX200 and a Griffin 22 RTA. I've got the Wismec Theorem (tiny juice capacity), Wotofo Serpent (leaks all the time when refilling) and Goliath 2 (small build deck and bottom fill) and the Griffin is the best out of them in my opinion. Not had a single leak in 2 weeks now, even I find it easy to build on it and wick right. Easy top fill and is good with high VG juice and you can access the build deck without draining the tank. Good if you like an airy lung pull, would be no good for a mouth to lung vaper.

The RX200 is a great mod but a bit big for carrying around in your pocket. I have a series B tilt from Jac Vapour which is a great little mod and goes up to 40w if you need something smaller

It depends on your style of vaping and what budget you've got to spend.

There are quite a few good items on the market and I've seen a lot of different devices now.

I prefer the ones with removable batteries rather than built in... have the feeling they're going to last longer thanks to exchangeable battery + if you have extra batteries you can just switch them out rather than waiting to recharge... plus you usually get better vaping quality from them compared to sealed units (unless you're talking about a lipo dna200 like mentioned).

Of all the ones I've seen come through here... the ones I've held on to are:

Mods:
SMOK X Cube 2
Vaporesso Tarot
Joyetech eVic VTC Mini
Eleaf iStick Pico
Vaporesso Target
Sigelei Plus 90W

I'm also planning on nabbing 1x Wismec DNA200 + 1x Wismec RX200S from the next batches that arrive as I like them but the ones that I've had so far have sold before they've even arrived

Wifey nabbed a council of vapor mini volt & Innokin CoolFire IV Plus.

As for tanks... I like:
Sigelei Moonshot (current favourite)
Geek Vape Griffin 24
Geek Vape Griffin 22
UD Goblin Mini

So my favs are really the buildables... for easy to exchange coils, you also have:
SMOK TFV4
Aspire Cleito
Sigelei Ares
Eleaf Melo 3
Kanger Toptank

SMOK have just annouced the TFV8 and I put a pre-order in for a number of them last night... I'm really looking forward to that tank.

If you want e-cigarette style mod, then I'd suggest:
Aspire K4
Kanger SUBVOD
or similar

If you like the griffin 22... get yourself a griffin 24 you will love it... I have both and that bit of extra width on the 24 really helps with the juice flow as there is more space between the tank glass and the build deck cover.

I've heard so many people say the Serpent leaks that I haven't even tried one...

Brilliant thanks guys :) I'll have a look at all of your suggestions and hopefully order something this evening. I have been through a fair few batteries, the weight of the Aerotank in my pocket is enough to bend the top and pull the cap off wires and guts with it. I have a Vamo V5 I bought a few years back but I could never get on with it.

Is is safe enough to charge up the 18650 batteries via a USB cable? I have a Trustfire charger I bought when I got the Vamo. Back then it was debatable whether or not it's likely to start a fire

Do you mean the Grffin 25? Can't find a 24 version..

It is possible to charge the battery by USB in many devices.

But it's not recommended... for your safety... the regulators in mod-chargers are nowhere near as good as a standalone charger.

You can get a Nitecore I2 for a tenner... well worth it. Plus then you can have two batteries and just swap over when you want to keep vaping rather than wait for it to charge... even if the mod you get supports pass-through (vape while charging).

I've been using a D4 for a while but my Efest NUC6 is arriving on monday.

Decided to revisit TC...

Dual 6 wrap, 2.5mm 26/32 316L spaced claptons, comes out to 0.19ohm. First time using this wire in TC and to my surprise its the first spool of 316L I've used that works flawlessly in TC!! Have it set to 75w 450c filled with DIY pinkman, lovely.
