I was tempted to order some five pawns myself, but after seeing THAT marketing video and ordering a flat cap today; I'm worried that someone will call me a hipster as a grow a bread and hang around the northern quarter of Manchester. Lol

I will take a looksie on POTV. A genuine DNA 40 with fatdaddy 510 (if do-able) sounds ideal!.

I take it, it is the Gambit and Absolute Pin you are referring to John. Hmm...Wifey asked me last night what I would like for Christmas aswell. They both sound delicious.

They both lovely and you can tell why they cost a lot more. The blood orange and cream is amazing as well and I dont like orange really
 
Strangely I found since I have entered my 40's a complete disdain for Orange.

I may just treat myself but I am worried that I am entering into a very expensive addiction!.

Can you guys recommend a good starter RTA, initially will be used with a CLK 1280 temporarily until I get a mod sorted.

The EVODs are doing my nut in filling wise, seem to be forever cleaning up leaks and spills.
 
Really like the look of the Squape especially with the brass afc ring.

I would try the clone but really can't tell/trust what non conductive material was used as it looks nothing like the original.

Is it worth the £119 asking price?

The original uses ematal coating which is a form of ceramic, most of the clones seem to use some sort of anodising, I am not sure of the health implications of this.

The clones were also suffering from very unstable resistance readings, although this has most likely been fixed by now.

£119 is rather steep, does that include the wide and curved decks or just the standard?
 
The standard squape just comes with the s deck which I assume is for silica that's what you get for £115 :(

I was lucky enough to get my one secondhand this morning & tbh was thinking of getting one anyway.

But its so easy to coil, wick & refill holds 3.7ml in the stumpy & around 5ml in the full size tank with the glass window, so simple to refill as well.

Loads of flavour & vapour too, no leaks whatsoever the guy I bought it from is now using a genesis with stainless steel mesh etc which was expensive & hence the reason he sold it to me.

Got 2 clones here one leaks & the other the ohms jumps from 1.5 to 6.00 at random, when you compare the original to the clone the build quality is nowhere near what it should be.

I paid £80 for the above kit which when new was around the £160 mark.

If you want a reliable atty in my book its worth the money, instead of wasting cash on the 2 clones I still have would have been better off getting a genuine one with hindsight.

I have a Rose V2 clone here which is perfect with no issues at all & 2 genuine Kayfun Lite plus's which are working as they should, I just want kit that works & I don't have to spend loads of time messing around with it to get it working as it should.

Sure it was £119 when I looked at it but it is showing £116 now. Woohoo £3! saving but still another £15.50 for the other 2 decks which aren't included in the price.

Do you have the Reloaded Squape Roman? Oh and the Rose v2 clone from fastech with the stumpy kit looks really nice.

Been naughty tonight, 16 months a vaper, not touched one cigarette since, had one drag of a cigarette, the most dirtiest horrible tasting thing ever. Thank god for Anything vape related, I wont actually criticize a badly made coil that iv made if it fouls after a few hrs and I have to rebuild it, because at the end of the day, well, iv no idea how I used to smoke to be honest. Disgusting!! .. And I feel bad for having one drag of a cig after 16 months, I feel like the whole quitting thing is kinda at a end if that makes sense iv broken the whole quitting thing, but with 100x more force, the dirty taste I got from it and none of the pleasures that I got from vaping, honest to god, id never go back. so the 16 months record for me still stands. it was a drunken blip but it was a reminder of how horrible cigarettes are! (sorry to anyone who vapes and socially smokes) but I couldn't do that, vape is the future :)

(P.S took 10 mins to write this, bit .. meh :D )

I had a cig after a week or so after I started vaping and I was very glad I did, as I could tell at the time the differences between the ego/ce4 and the cig I just had, and even the beginners kit was so much better. I was really looking forward to the cig and it was VERY meh!

I still have a un-open 20 deck at work, 17ish cigs (limited edition Marlboro box) and a few packs of GV left.
 
I built my Squape R with parts rather than buy extras on top. Worked out a tad cheaper than the retail box, in a config that I wanted and still less than a months smoking.

Bear in mind that the Swiss reside in the 4th most expensive place to live on earth, they have to charge more to have bread with their soup but at least make up for that cost with quality.

Exactly, I mean anyone whos reading this who is a smoker and not a vaper, you might be a bit like meh... really? after trying someones cheap E cig in a pub, honestly, that's not the way it works. you tailor your vape to your self, millions of flavours and strengths etc, the possibilities are actually endless and you don't smell like a ash tray for the rest of your life, plus after starting vaping high nicotine liquid, once you get a feel for vaping your soon off the nicotine once you get into making coils etc, its about giving your self more vapour with what you have for the hit, rather than nicotine.

Vaping once you understand it and learn about it. it is tailored by your self for you, your flavour, your throat hit, your everything. anyone daft enough to carry on smoking well.... yeah, good luck to them when they are in hospital gasping for air. lost too many relatives to that. was stupid to start smoking in the first place, im just glad I live in a era where I have a way out that is actually justifiable and safe what we know anyway.
 
I wouldn't be too hard on yourself Ice, a mere blip and a reminder of why we vape and NOT smoke. I doubt you'll make that mistake again.

Both my wife and I smoked. We always had to quit together. We always ended up going back to the stinkies as you do due to one stress or another and 9 out 10 times it would be her folding first and me following suit.
Now the great thing about vaping is, should that happen again I would have no problem picking up any part of my kit and using it. I really see this as the best way to completely break free and avoid ever smoking again.

Hector, I priced the separate Squape parts myself and calculated it was cheaper tailoring the parts which included the stumpy kit or coloured body with all the decks as compared to the full kit and the added decks. I was tempted by the black or the red Squape but didn't see whether they offered the driptip in anything other than SS. I still think they made the wrong decision asking extra for the decks.

Crikey its 4am and I am still up. Spectrum Vaping must be sneaking Caffeine in their liquids!.
