Quad coil, top coils sat slightly too high, although I could get the top cap on, the bottom of the chuff tip must have been a ball hair away from the coils, thankfully I didn't inhale it, pulsed before and was greeted with an odd smell, popped the top to be greeted by stringy melted plastic :o

I'll measure tomorrow, think it's a 16mm bore, which I think is the same as the old mxv3 I have somewhere.
 
Thanks crowort, flea rider and Gee, that's good to hear so I'll carry on using them. Yeah, I gave them a bit of a shake but I'll shake them even harder on the next batch. I did shake the finished juice pretty hard though. By the way guys, this banana and custard juice I just made is pretty good, even with only an hour or so steeping. If you're interested, it's this one, although you've probably all got your own versions already.

Ahh yes, i've been caught with the ol' build so big it dont fit a couple of times.
 
So my new mod counts the number of puffs you take. I'm up to 1044 puffs in 36 hours. I felt better when I was using stronger liquid. Oh well maybe I'll get used to it in the next couple of weeks. Bit of a pain having to fill it up all the time though. It feels like it goes through liquid faster.
 
Well was hoping my wotofo troll rta would have shipped today by FT but looks like it's been put back to the 10th of march :/.

Hopefully it will ship on that date otherwise I'll just cancel and order from here in the uk. Will be more expensive but ft taking too long.
 
Same has happened to my mad dog RDA, they've shipped the drip tip for it, the rest is now restocking (3 days) apparently.

Oh well, serpent rdta should be here today.

Yas try m-vapes for wotofo gear, he's generally one of their premium UK suppliers, i.e. he gets first stock allocations etc...

well after losing my old mod I am looking to replace it with something new. I have been looking at the smok alien 220w kit and was wondering if this is a good choice? Also wondering which batteries are recommended for this sort of mod. Thanks in advance.
 
Can't recommend you anything there mate. I don't use tanks that use pre-built coils. No doubt someone in here will have some suggestions.
 
Vape mail disaster today, Mrs popped out for 15 mins, right when the postie decided to show, he did bring my thunderhead 'staple' wire, which turns out to just be Chinese alien :o

Gutted, no new toy and the wire I already have spools of.
 
This whole ordering from China is bugging me, no tracking and no arrival date ideas... Hmm... Troll V2 and 3x T8 coils for the TFV8 from Fasttech, coils are shipped date on the Troll is pushed back constantly.

From Gearbest I got a DIY kit with coil tester for £15 and some juggernaut coils for £2 and is shipped but again no info...
 
Dunno whether to cut my losses, buy the Troll V2 from the UK, and get wait for the rest to arrive and use other premade coils in the meantime...

As long as you use the uk express packet method then it should arrive in a week or so.

That's what I used when I ordered a ton of stuff back in January. Took about a week from shipping to get to me here in the uk.
