Fair one. Used to be fine, but two bad experiences in a row and I never went back!

Can't say I did. I ended up buying 2 and both really solid, kept one for deployments, gave one away. Maybe something to do with the little interlocking sections on the deck and bottom of the main chamber?
 
Our regular Royal Mail blokes are on holiday and my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address and as it required a signature they have taken it back to the depot :mad: I did pop round for the card and Fogstar parcel they actually delivered, what adds to the frustration is I walked past them unloading the van this morning and asked if they had any parcels for me which they replied “Nope” grrrr
 
My Pulse BF 80w arrived at the weekend and I've got to admit, I'm really enjoying it. I'm using the Crius RDA at the moment but unfortunately it's dual coil. After searching around I've ordered a Dead Rabbit SQ and an SXK Entheon from FT as I want a single coil RDA. Any others which are decent?

Running a Recurve on my Pulse 80w, great single coil Rda with squonk pin as standard :)

My Furyan hits so hard. It didn't at first.
I did adjust the firing button so the throw was shorter. You can watch Todd's review for a break down .
Also I am using 21700 30t.
 
Just got my Pulse 80w and Recurve RDA up and running and it feels like a match made in heaven! So far so good.

Might change the coil at the weekend as the supplied coil at 0.25 will eat through a single battery (I can already see the voltage drop on the battery indicator a few pulls in)

Edit: The Pulse could do with a battery ribbon to make it easier to get out in my opinion though.

2nd Edit: Just realised you can take the other door off and push the battery out easily :D

My Engine 2 arrived today, 6 days shipping from FT, happy days.

Didn't use the supplied coils, stuck a couple of 2.5mm 5 wrap Ni80 fused claptons in, a little bit fiddly coiling it the first time around with the weird upside down thing they have going on!

First impressions are extremely good. Put some FB purple slush in there, was using it in my Aromamizer supreme v2, and wasn't blown away by it so it went into the cupboard. It really pops in the Engine 2, flavour is excellent on this tank. Better than the Engine 1 by a long long way.
Going to stick the Aromamizer in the cupboard for a while and just run this and my crius 2 dual coil. Much more pocket friendly.
 
I just ordered an Engine 2 too. I always liked the Engine Nano but found the flavour lacking. The design of the Engine 2 looks much better.
 
I put one of my 20700s in my mod earlier and it was dead but after some fiddling around I’ve noticed if I spin the battery around there comes a point where the mod turns off, I can’t seem to see an uneven surface on the negative :confused: I have tried to replicate this with my other 20700 with no joy.

Has anyone ever had this with a specific battery?

I'm planning on getting a Aspire Breeze 2 as an everyday secondary carry but the low wattage and low nicotine might cause some complications but I was wondering if anyone has tried nic salts?

Apparently you can have a higher nicotine percentage but it's smooth unlike having liquid nicotine that at higher mg is harsh and numbs down the overall taste of the juice.

I would only be using this in the Aspire Breeze and will normal juice in my Asmodus Minikin V2.

Any information I should know before buying?
 
From what I understand Nic Salt is essentially freebase nicotine with Benzoic acid added to it. This lowers the overall pH which makes it less harsh on the throat. So you can have 1-2 puffs of 50mg juice instead of say 10-15 @ 3mg for the same effect.

It does mute flavour a lot though, and there's no throat hit. You create a throat hit by offsetting it with a high PG ratio (70-90%).

I wouldn't bother in all honesty. You're much better off getting a small device, and a low profile RTA (Eleaf Invoke/Serpent Mini SMM for example) and just putting in a 50/50 mix at say 12mg.
 
Well gearbest are utterly useless. :mad: I waited nearly 4 weeks for my gold OBS Engine, and a few days ago they said it will be shipped but it's out of their control.

I messaged them again last night asking what is going on with my order as it shows there is 1 unit left so why has mine not been shipped yet. They just replied
"We are sorry to inform you that this item is no longer available and has been discontinued." I replied that I'm disappointed with Gearbest, that I will not use their services again and please refund me. I also told them that aliexpress has several in gold and I'll be buying from them.

Has anyone used aliexpress? Is their shipping speed decent? On their page it says 20 to 40 days. Could they be quicker than that, like fasttech? By the way, tracking shows that both my fasttech shippings arrived a few days ago at my local delivery office, one on the 5th June and the other 12th June but something has gone wrong at Royal Mail so now I'm waiting on their investigation. :rolleyes: It's going well isn't it! :D

These are the only two OBS Engine RTAs at aliexpress that aren't out of stock in gold. I don't know which link to buy from, is one better than the other? The first link shows 1 piece available, the second link shows 20 pieces available.

About 5mins in he starts to dismantle. Obviously you will good warranty, but fixing the throw on the button is a godsend.
A bit of trial and error on finding the sweet spot.

And also make sure to screw stuff back properly as loose means bad connects.and give contacts a clean.
