@ scorchisio - I looked up Drip Hacks yesterday but the concentrate I was interested in was sold out (Peach Melba). Doesn't seem to be many reviews on their products also.

His notes on FA flavours are here too, absolutely invaluable if you use flavourart. I probably sound like a HIC shill, but I love everything he does, and his notes have improved my mixing three-fold. Really shows that there's more to it than just chucking in stuff that sounds nice, certain flavours can unlock notes from others that you would never expect!

Yeh I've noticed a few peaches and cream recipes that do that and throw in for example brown sugar, marshmellow, strawberry, candy etc. I guess that is where the trick in the layering of flavours is derived from.
Is there any difference between V1 and V2 flavourings. I've seen it on CAP Peach and Cream recipes but nobody mentions what the difference is.

As some of u may know i have a magma rda, and a serpent mini. I have 28g kanthal a1 wire and been wrapping mainly around 2mm blue screwdriver.
I was told awhile ago that to get more flav try 3mm instead so bought off FT a coil winder thing 3mm, maybe i should have bought the 3 set but ah well.
So im wondering, what kinda 3mm coil should i make. I dont think i want to use 28g any more, i want bigger clouds/flav so i was thinking either thicker wire or claptons. I have read that claptons are more prone to spitting but are they worth getting dispite this or not. Keep in mind this is to make coils for my magma rda clone, but i think i mainly want to get this right for the serpent mini coils i want to put in.
So what kinda coil should i be aiming for for these devices. Get some clapton wire if so what type, or should i just get thicker kanthal a1 or maybe ss. I dunno.
I want best flav and i also kinda want to get around 0.3ohm mark but 0.5 might be ok too. Reason being that the only coil i have ever had that made me taste ejuice was the melo 3 mini 0.3 coil i got with that. Now i dunno if it was the ohm or the cotton or the coil or tank that did that but i thought maybe it was the 0.3 was the thing that gave me great flav with raspberry flav juice. As 0.5 coils on the melo didnt get that taste, or the triton 0.4 ss ones either. So guessing it was the 0.3 i liked for flav.
Anyhow i now gotta wonder what coil to put in the serp mini and probs magma clone. Do i buy 22g wire or 24 or 26, or a clapton wire, if so what type given i wana try possibly a 0.3 ohm coil for such devices.

Get a roll of 24 and 26g Kanthal. IIRC I put a 3.5mm 24g coil in my Serpent Mini and the flavour was good. Just make sure you wick it correctly.

CAP V2 recipes do not contain Acetoin or Acetyl Propionyl (nasties).

So I mixed this last night and gave it a blast. Off the bat it's pretty good! Blackberry has a slight bitter edge to it, but it's not off-putting at all. If I were to make it again, I'd probably swap the Blackberry for FA Blackcurrant, and possibly increase the Sweet Strawberry to 3-4%. Maybe add 1% Jackfruit to help blend the fruits together too, that stuff does wonders.
I also made some of HICs Strawberry Quik (Strawberry Milk). If you're a fan of that kind of flavour, and you mix yourself, I strongly recommend you pay the $3 for the recipe and give it a go. It's one of his best IMO.

I remember when I ordered nic from Darkstar ages ago it had a smelly old socks aroma to it, people said that was normal for nic when I used to be a regular member on ukvapers. I still have the same bottle and it has the same smell. It has been stored in a dark cupboard for over a year now, so shall I use it?

Nicotine - I use Darkstar Vapour. DARK10 gives you 10% off. I always get 72mg PG based. You can get VG if you want, but if you're storing your VG Nic in a fridge/freezer (like you should do), it turns into the consistency of molasses. PG mixes better so you'll have a better consistency and no nicotine 'hot spots'.
Personally I've got a 30ml squeezy bottle that I decant my Nicotine into for mixing. This is a better way of doing it, compared to always opening the bottle as you're going to expose your Nic to air which can degrade it's potency.
Gimme a shout if you need anything else man.

Is there a good starter kit anywhere for mixing your own or I just grab bits from all over.
Getting a bit tired of crappy liquid. Always seems to be a lottery if the liquid is any good or not(dont mean by flavour alone, just some seem to have crappy after tastes).

Tip for the bottles, if you get a couple of 28mm nozzle caps that iBottles sell, you can whack them straight on the 1L PG and VG bottles that Darkstar sends (although the HDPE ones of Lubrisolve are better for this).
As for that nic, definitely started to oxidise, so you'll have more throat hit with it. I have a mix of vanilla custard for my kayfun with some real peppery nic that's only mixed at 3mg, but the throat hit feels like 10mg, actually quite like it.
For mixing, Gee's post is spot on for where to get everything and mixing in general. I use eJuiceLab on my phone for recipe storage, nice simple app that gives you ml and weights for any size. It is off in the PG calculations for some reason, but I usually just do those by eye anyway.

I want to stop smoking cutters choice and vape instead. Is it more important to have a good vaping device or good liquid?
I have some liquid and a bog standard e-cig the ones that have a battery you charge with USB and are found everywhere. It's like a fat pen with an inch long clear section in it.
It's rubbish and I want something that isn't as it snapped in half in my pocket.
Even when it worked I got very little vapour out of it and even when I did it felt harsh so rather than just jacking it in and thinking vaping is just not for me, would I be better looking at something more expensive?

pico 75w version, its newer and has all the features u could want. The included melo 3 mini tha comes with the kit version is very good too or just buy the mod and some batteries and get a tank more suited to ur vaping habbits like a nautilus if ur mouth to lung or a serpent mini if u want a direct to lung or whatever.
