***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

Got mine on Thursday. Really enjoying it so far. Deck is big enough to fit claptons in there and wicking is a breeze. Good flavour too.

Mine arrived Saturday, been using it since. Easy to wick, plenty of space on deck for a small device. Downsides: Threads are razer sharp (got some serious gashes on my thumb) and top cap seems pretty thin\cheap.

Currently running dual SS316L (0.32 ohms) @ 240C on Pico. I'm liking it!

So my iStick Pico arrived over the weekend, but my current juice isn't pleasant using this unit now, I would prefer to use the mouth to lung way and this makes me cough even though I've lowered the watts to 20w and use Vapourlites tobacco flavor (10mg) is there another online shop I can use to buy juice and if so any flavor recommendations based on the above comments

Thanks guys

I find anything over 3mg on a sub ohm tank makes me choke like crazy, or have a horrible sore throat for ages.

I tend to use 3mg juice in my Aspire Cleito, just right. I previously had some 6mg juice which really made my throat hurt for ages after vaping and wasn't at all enjoyable. I've got mine at 37w and it's spot on.

A coil/tank that runs with a sub ohm resistance, ie less than 1 ohm.

I use 3mg juice on my pico/melo tank with the .3 ohm coil at the moment. Seems plenty for a sub ohm coil. 10mg nicotine is going to be pretty harsh.

Running mine at 35W and its pretty great so far.

Great, and where do you guys get you juice from?

Bought a Pro Tank 4 this morning to replace the Nautilus X I sold because it kept making me cough and constantly clearing my throat

Fitted the 1.5 Ohm coil for MTL and not impressed at all, poor flavour, dry hits plus it makes me cough and sits on my chest same as the Nautilus X

This is very frustrating as sub ohm devices dont do this but I just dont feel satisified sub ohm'ing and I have a very old Pro Tank clone that takes the ancient Kanger 1.8 dual coils and no issues what so ever apart from crap flavour

Ah well, the hunt for a decent MTL upgrade continues and another £25 wasted

Yeah, the Nautilus X burns pretty warm, especially if you chain-vape.

Cubis?
Cubis Pro?
Nautilus Mini?

Those are my faves... Most favourite is a Cubis with 0.6ohm coil for MTL, running around 13.5w.

I'm only vaping at 12W though even on the Pro Tank 4 1.5 coil not sure why certain tanks causes the vapor to sit on my chest when I MTL but its costing me a lot of money trying to find the right tank!

I nearly bought the Cubis but so many horror stories out there regarding crap coils that I avoided it

The Nautlus Mini is too old now, its only 2ml and not top fill which is the main reason I am looking for something to replace my old clone

Thanks for the suggestions though if you hear of more I would be interested to hear them

Different tanks like different wattages with different liquids... that's why you have variable wattage on mods.
I generally find I'm happy a few watts below the stated range.
My Nautilus Mini only gets 9.5w through it and that's still enough to chuck some notable clouds for an MTL tank!

Horror stories?
Like what? I've never heard any...
The 1.0 ohm is OK and I'm actually using one now, but the best for MTL is the 0.6, IMO. 0.5 is entry-level SubOhm for the newbies who are just starting to experiment, while the higher ones are just so dull they're only suitable for the occasional 'social' vaper type.

$Heard rumors of a law coming in to limit e-juice only to be sold in 10ml sizes, any truth on this?

100% true and already in place, pretty much.
Retailers have a grace period to flog off existing stock, but from (I believe) May 2017 all TPD regulations are in full force.
No tanks above 2ml either, I think it is...

You can also expect prices to rise, to cover the loss of tax money from actual tobacco products.

On a plus note May recently said all EU laws would be translated into British law upon brexit then reviewed, tpd is EU law so there is a slither of hope still there.

It's also kinda vague and each nation gets to decide how/where/why they implement it and to what lengths they go. So far, the UK is looking like one of the most lenient on the planet.

Slither is quite an appropriate typo though, given the snakes that came up with the idea.
