***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

I don't mess about changing the watts etc. I just like something that I can fill up and put a new coil in every now and then. Whats the best package for about 80 quid?

I just got a touchscreen Smok G-Priv kit and am absolutely loving it.
Not sure on the usual retail price as I got mine heavily discounted, but it comes with a Baby Beast tank.
There's a modicum of initial setting up, which is merely a few moments of adjusting the wattage until you find the setting you like best for the liquid(s) you prefer, but that's it. Once that's done, you can just lock the settings off and vape away.

It has all the usual fancy features, in case you ever fancy venturing into that, but all my others have this too and I still just use the basic wattage mode!

Utter junk. The only one that comes close is Vanilla Custard.

This.

Ordered a few after thinking they were quite well priced. The reason they're priced so well is that they're absolute garbage. Even after steeping for months they still taste awful.

Anyone who mixes themselves ever tried vaping without any flavouring? so just vg, pg and nic?

Just wondered how bad it tastes lol

Thanks for the opinions on the vapegoo juices. Think I'll give them a miss lol.

Next week will be an expensive month for juices I think. Plus I've got to buy some cleito120 coils as well which aren't cheap.

What the hell is this I received from FA. Have I been in the dark for so long

We are now into the final transition phase which has been brought about by the TRPR 2016, the set of UK regulations spawned by the EU Tobacco Products Directive. This means there will be changes in the products we can sell up to 19.05.2017, after which the regulations will be fully implemented; meaning after that date, the maximum Nicotine strength that can be sold legally is 2% (20mg/ml) in bottles no bigger than 10ml and with each bottle displaying an EC-ID to verify it has been fully tested and notified in order to comply with the regulations. Just for your information, the cost of achieving compliancy for 50 Flavoured Eliquid in 3 Nicotine strengths is around £225,000 plus £9,000 per year 'maintenance' fee.

We will be clearing existing stock to make way for the 'new' stock, which will be exactly the same quality, but which will have a label with an EC-ID to say that it is compliant.

Make the most of what is available as when it is gone, we will only be selling 10ml bottles in 18mg/ml, 9mg/ml, 4.5mg/ml.

So will this affect all Ecig vendors in the UK. Will we be able to buy higher nic % in order to DIY?

Yeah that's the wonders of TPD.

It might well be worth stocking up on your nicotine now, stick it in the freezer, then you can either just buy 0% premixed and add your own nic, or move fully into DIY.

As I understand the max you'll be allowed to buy is 10ml bottles of 20mg Nic base. I don't think there's anything stopping you from buying multiple bottles, providing it's still 20mg.

I got 500ml from Darkstar a while ago and I've still got a ton left. I'll probably pick up a litre or two of the stuff closer to the time.

EDIT: Just adding that Nicotine suspended in PG, will pretty much last indefinitely providing it's in an amber/dark glass bottle, and kept in the freezer.

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any good e-liquid online shops that sell nice flavourings?

So far I've tried Hangsen and Herbal Tides.

Cheers

I am currently a smoker and have been thinking more and more of trying Vaping to get off the actual fags.

There seems to be so much out there that I do not know where to start, therefore I am looking for suggestions on what to get to get me started.

Any help much appreciated.

I'm probably going to lump for some VG nic, as I'm pretty intolerant to PG, is this also the case?

Nicotine suspended in VG will not last as long no. However, I'd still recommending getting PG based Nic. You can still make high VG juices. You'll also struggle to find decent VG based concentrates considering the majority of them are all PG based.

Not to mention VG Nic once it's been in the fridge is an absolute PITA to work with.

EDIT: Tell a lie, it seems VG Nic freezes at ~-50c so it should last. You'll just need to warm it up prior to using it, if it's been stored in the freezer/fridge.

Wish they would accept paypal

As I've mentioned before, order something via Paypal to the same amount as the coils. Cancel the order and select refund as gift certificate. Then use THAT gift certificate to pay for the coils.

Done it before on Aspire products (when I used them). No problems at all.

I'm PG intolerant and I freeze my VG nic. It's doesn't go solid just really, really thick.
Just leave it out for an hour or two before you try to work with it.

I just stocked the freezer with a couple of litres of 72mg. Should keep me going for a few years.

Start with something simple
Innokin Starter non adjustable just add juice
Slighty more advanced (adjustable air flow), Aspire 2 ml Nautilus Mini Tank + Eleaf-iStick-Electronic-Cigarette- (adjustable power)

^ This is one of my favourite combos and one I still use to this day... this morning, in fact.

Don't get an Eleaf iStick. Look at the VTC Mini or Eleaf Pico.
Nothing wrong with the iStick.
The Pico is better, but potentially a bit much for a new starter. Heck, even the iStick settings can be a bit much for those who just want a straight-operating vape.
