I know i asked about my Titan 510 having no throat hit a while back and this was just becasue the atty was new. Now im getting to harsh a hit. (no pleasing some people) I was enjoying the slight hit but now it seems to have gone the other way.

Could it be the atty on its way out? Not enough strength in the battery? Ive not changed the way i fill up the cartridge or changed the fluid, infact ive tried a brand new cartridge and get the same harsh result.

Any ideas?
 
I found I got a harsh hit with little vapour when the atty was flooded. Do you get the same issue through a whole cart or just with new ones? Also, you could try a vg mix to lower throat hit, as pg is what gives the hit. You'd get more vapour too :)
 
Got me some VG (Dr. Oetker Glycerin, 38ml from Tesco - lol) and have mixed it at 10% with PG, 8mg with 20% DV melon. Lots and lots of vapour now, and silky smooth with just enough throat hit :)

Prefer blackcurrant to melon, though perhaps this is a bit strong. Next batch will try flavouring at 15%. :)
 
Went out on a bit of a limb here and bought a load of 5ml bottles from Liberty Flights. Spent quite a bit less over all than i would have for the same amount from TW - and thats with TW's 30% discount. Think i have to get these flavors right before i start to get the larger bottles.

In response to Devrijs advice i ordered VG bottles as well as the pg ones.

Anyone else want to swap something for a Blackberry Crumble Totally Wicked DV 11mg 10ml. Only used 1 cartridges worth - infact its still above the 10ml line on the bottle.

Im not getting on with the purfume type flavors. Unfortunally i ended up with 3 different flavors all with that taste. :(
Can anyone recommend me some non purfume flavors? I have Blackcurrent and passion fruit which are great for me.

I have some state express, very vanilla and coconut up for grabs. The second 2 were quite sweet though if you aren't into that.

Cranberry is a good one. It's not sweet though, which is just like Cranberries :p

Its the perfume i dont like. What is state express? Ah, nm. Its a ciggy flavor. Would you concider a swap with very vanilla - as long as its not perfume tasting like Green Cow or my blackberry crumble one.

I can confirm btw, that DV Lotus Flower is bloody delicious. I can't describe it, except that it tastes like you might imagine a lotus flower to taste, in a tasty way. Sort of delicate and sweet, but in a non-artificial way. It's really nice anyway :)
 
I admit I was skeptical about all of this, but for the first time in 20 years I went a whole day yesterday without a cig, just vaped on my Ego with the Grizwalds Apples & Pears (20mg) instead.

Spent £30 or so on carts and flavours so will swap when I get bored of the Apples & Pears.

Like most, the plan will be to reduce the strength of the nicotine to zero over time - but I can kick the cigarette habbit! Next milestone is a week without a cig.

Am so chuffed I found this thread - thanks chaps!

Is go for dv lotus flower, red label coffee, and maybe red label tobacco. Or dv lime zinger if you aren't into tobacco flavours
