not sure tbh, my tornado just lays on either my windowsill, bed or desk, works fine when ever i wake up :)

Same, some people take the tank out to prevent the liquid from flooding the atty but I've never had any problems. Mine sits on the window sill above my bed for morning access :)

Used one for a little bit this morning and must say, I'm not impressed. Throat hit is almost non-existent (though I am using a predominantly VG liquid with it) and flavour is much diminished. Vapour production isn't particularly bad, but I can't help but think it's a wicking problem even though I've pulled the wick up at the sides before replacing the silicon ring.

Is it recommended to actually pull the wick up enough so you can "stuff" it around the coil?

Took it off for now and replaced it with a pump cart on standard 510 atty. Bliss.

Have never pulled the wick up on mine, not even seen discussion about it. What I have seen and do practice is cutting the silicone stopper with a v to
Aid wicking. Had a few tubes go though just replaced them with a syringe tube.

Do you know which brand? The ones I've been using are the Smok Tech LR dual-coil XL cartos, and they definitely give a throat hit. Not tried them with 5V passthrough, but they work marvellously with my Riva [Tornado, Ego etc] 510 batteries [when they don't crack, obv].

Never had to do anything to aid wicking... just fill, let stand for a while, top up, blowthrough and go :)

What is everyone using as their base tobacco flavour?
I fancy having a go at my own RY4 type flavour, but want to make sure I get a decent tobacco base first

RY4 is the only tobacco flavour I like, though I just get ready mixed from iVapour elixir.
I here healthcabin are amongst the best RY4 flavour makers. I can't help you on how to make it though.



Been going a bit crazy with mixing DIY and have 10ml FA Forest Fruits (With added FA Blackberry and TPA Raspberry.) 18mg 50/50 PG/VG made with Cloud9's Neat54.
It is good, though I am not overly keen on the Raspberry, plus I have so many flavours to try, though I'd put it up for a trade.
Will consider anything.
Also have 10ml TW Blackberry crumble 11mg. (Thanks bushmins, not my bag I am afraid.)

Bugger. I've left my juice at home, and I have maybe 10 puffs left in this cart and won't be home until ~10pm.

Oh well, I wanted to give up. Lets see if it's working. :)
 
great, my battery just ran out, and the tornado charger that i bought the other day, wont fit my tornado tank? not happy :(

on a plus note, the Titan/tornado fluid i bought at the same time tastes amazing with DV Tiramisu :D
 
It really won't fit? Have they sent you the wrong one or something?

Sorry if this seems patronising, but are you sure you're using it correctly?
 
haha yes i'm using it correctly, it unscrews in the middle and the battery end screws into the charger, works fine on the usb jobby that came in the box, but the plug in one, looks slightly too deep, maybe i ordered the wrong one, i dont know lol
 
Hey i got the Tornado atomizer off a guy from here (sorry i forgot your user name!) If i buy a new battery from TW can i use my 510 Titan charger to charge it? or do i need to get a new charger.
 
ooooo, just got a tasty email from TW announcing some neat little money off deals,
just ordered a little Titan 510 kit for under 20 notes :D
 
Just felt like posting: A few days on and a few different types of juice later, these pump carts are the bee's knees once you get used to them.

To prime, hold the button on the CART only and dry draw. Do this twice, and your atty is primed almost exactly like three drips from a bottle. Absolutely briilliant. I'll be using these exclusively from now on. :)

They look pretty good, where did you get yours from and are you using a standard 510 atty ?
