They're all good! I never thought I'd be one for the sweet/fruit flavours but I'm loving Arctic Lemon and Apples 'n' Pears at the moment.

The Choc Mint one tastes EXACTLY like a supermarket brand Chocolate Chip Mint ice cream, but has a bit a of a funky flavour at the back of your throat on the exhale that I can't quite place.

Haven't had too much time with the others so can't go into the complexities of those, I'm afraid. To some degree, they're all quite sweet. I know the 666 is supposed to be a tobacco flavour, but it's more like mild tobacco with caramelised peanuts.
Right. Thanks to my suggestible nature and an unswerving ability to project more credibility than is sensible onto internet forum posts, I've stumped up some cash on a Grizwald Pick'n'mix: Apples 'n Pears, Sweet Cinnamon, Toffee Popcorn, Coconut Mint Choc Chip and Choc Haze.

Hopefully they'll arrive tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how they compare to the DV and LF liquids :)

Also, if they stick to form and do what they did with my order, you'll also get a random free one top. It's how I got the Apples 'n' Pears, which is actually quickly becoming my fave of the lot. :)

It's worth noting that you can use any 510 atty on the tornado/ego battery. I think it also fits 901s as well, but might be 801. I'm uncertain.

My gfs 510 Titan atty, for example, fits onto my tornado batt fine :)

Going to try some juice from vapeescape, might as well get an attie too. Anyone use the 1000mah batteries? Are they much bigger than a standard manual TT/ET battery?. Had my two TT batteries for two months, alternating them daily. Anyone know if the just die or do they whimper out?

Mine are still going strong 4 months later, although I think they're best for the first half of the charge.

I've decided I like vg juices a lot, just upped the nic to 18mg to get better throat hit. Enjuice juices I have now really lack flavour though :/

Hi guys

I am looking to give up smoking, but i fancy giving this a go.

I did buy one of the first e-cigs about 3 years ago!

It cost well over £100.

It was rubbish :(

Sometimes it went well and worked every time. Other times it didn't work.
Fluid was like £30 a bottle
Battery lasted 2 hours
The thing that heats up, lasted a month :p

So are they better, what should i buy?

Thanks

Grab yourself a 510 Titan Tank. Possibly the least fuss e-cig out there, imo, and starter packs can be had for £30.

The "thing that heats up" is called an atomiser, and will still last (on average) about a month, but they are cheap to replace these days - costing about the same as a 20 pack costs you now!

The liquid is also very cheap. Mixing your own will see you spending way less than a pound a day.

Also regarding flavours of liquids: personally I think it a mistake to try and replicate the taste of real cigarettes. Within an hour of starting vaping I was put off the taste of tobacco/smoke, and now enjoy various fruit flavours, as well as "kooky" flavours like red bull.

Im using my original 510 usb charger (with a usb wall socket). TW say that the Tornado battery will not fit it without the £2.99 adaptor. It flippen well does! Ive not actually tried charging it fully without the little adaptor but the battery certainally fits the 510 usb charrger. Did i waste £2.99? or is there somthing im missing?

The tornado tank is great though, battery lasts me three days. Although ive gone through a silly amount of liquid.

They likely got confused over which charger you are using. The wall charger than comes with a titan starter kit needs an adapter to charge 510 batteries (included in the kit).

The Tornado battery has been charging on my 510 USB charger (with mains adaptor) for nearly 6 hours, the light is still red so i guess its not charging or it has muffed the battery up.

The normal titan charger charges at a lower rate than a tornado one does so takes a good bit longer. The standard wall charger that comes with a titan kit will charge my tornados but it takes about 8 hours. I ain't sure about how long the USB would take.

The light never goes green if my GF charges her titan battery using my tornado charger.

You shouldn't charge titans on tornado chargers as they can damage it. You can do it the other way around but it takes ages. I'm not 100% sure how good it is for your battery but I've been doing it for almost a year and it has been fine.

Yeah, we done it the once thinking they were the same charger unit, but after a few hours and the light no going green, we've not done it since. Battery seems ok still. A spare arrived this morning anyway.
