I've a Stingray X, good for out and about. But still find I go for the rDNA most of the time. Just such a nice consistent vape . ;)

I was going for an out and about peice. I do take the Hana out, but something a bit smaller wouldn't go a miss. Amount of questions I get some nights... ha!

So I caved due to the pretty pictures on here, and got myself a Mutation X RDA, and oh myyyy /GeorgeTakei.

I've got it sitting on my IPV2 with a 1.6 Ohm single coil. (For now) with F.S.B, and wow it's amazing. Full flavour, amazing clouds, a whole new experience.

I had an IGO-W4 which was a pain to try and build on. Post screws were always loose, tightening would only break the wire, and inconsistent resistance readings. But this has reformed my thoughts on RDAs

This is the only picture I've got at the mo, I'll see what I can do when I get home. :)

As for mods, loving my rDNA and custom SX350 box. Not cheap mind you. There's also the ZNA's, Sigelei 50 and 100W boxes.

I have also been looking at the rDNA, but going to wait for the 40w versions to come out.
Are they worth it?
As i am toying with the idea of making my own DIY DNA40 box mod?
Irrc a rDNA is £150ish while i could make my own for about £90-£100

Yeah they are pricey, but they are like Provari's, built like a tank. Its tiny too, not much bigger than one of those 18650 battery holders. I love it. :)

Not sure on the DNA40's yet, the temp thing requires you to use Nichrome wire. If I need 30+w (which is rare tbh) I'll use my SX350. :)

Its the size and build quality that attracts me.
I have no interest in going over 40W anyways, so if i do get one and dont want to use the temp control, it will still be good.

So do you prefer the rDNA over the box mod?

Bear in mind that the 40w version is bigger than the 30w as they've crammed the wireless charging inside the unit rather than an external card. I don't need 40w (or wireless charging), so I bought the 30w version (it arrived today).

Happy with it so far, seems well made, only using a Nautilus\Mini Nautilus as got fed up with the KFL. Only concern I've had so far is that the paint at the top may wear with atty movement, might try and cover it with some sort of protection (I bought a shark skin to keep the rest safe).

If by the box mod you mean the SX350, yeah for out and about I do. The SX is exactly the same size as a Hana Modz box (Hammond 15XXX I think?) :)

But yeah DNA30 is a good chip, so is the SX350 mind you. But the rDNA has it for pocket-ability and toughness. Its already been dropped when I was drunk a few weekends ago... Not a scratch. :D

Hey guys,

Just noticed this thread so thought I would post.

I've recently purchased a starter e-cig kit from a local vape shop that has opened up in my town.

I think it is a 3-piece.

Just wondered what you guys think of this set up and the liquid?

As the liquid bottles look very cheap, almost home-made! haha.
I've also read that the Kangertech EVOD's are bad?

Anyway, pics:

Liquid: http://puu.sh/citht/aa36925e30.jpg "Cherry Surprise" and Menthol.

Kit: http://puu.sh/citvU/7579604bc7.jpg The battery is labeled "Kangertech EVOD" with kangertech stamp at the bottom. The atomizer/liquid holder (sorry) is called "iClear 16" i think it's Innokin.

Any thoughts on my recent purchase? Ended up paying £30 for it all, including two bottles of liquid. Just want to know if it's a good starter kit/dangerous/dodgy/i've wasted my money etc, as I am pretty new to all of this.
First up, welcome for the forums. Nothing there screams dodgy/dangerous and if it works for you then it's not a waste of money. I have a pal that has used E-smart for the past year, only now has he thought of getting a larger mah battery (EVOD VV) to get him through the day. He's still using the E-smart tanks though.

Whoa thanks!
Grants is out of stock till the end of the month.
Ordered the Digbys for a try.
Mr Rips is from the US only?...big delivery charge!

Rip trippers juices are sold through northern vapour. Not a big fruit flavours fan but Mrs trippers is beautiful. They also sell orphan tears which is kiwi custard and probs my fave juice.

Just got my scopes apple tart by vape mail today and ohmnomnom! Stuck it straight in my plume veil and its delicious

Just received Vapemail today from Aerovape.co Found them on POTV.

Picked up a Clouper hana 30w clone for only £37 which is really bringing my Magma to life and a IVOGO Kayfun lite plus for only £14.99. A real steal at the price as they are perfect and I was starting to really hate my MVP 2.

Oh and not forgetting a new Sony VTC4 which is also getting harder to find. Going to have to order from Torchyboy as he seems to be the cheapest around.

My lords custard arrived, but it comes in a normal bottle and an eye dropper type thing. How do I fill my tank with this? I just have normal smallish holes at the bottom of my tank.
