Got the squape r clone and paragon mod from ft.

Really disappointed. Squape leaks through air hole and paragon bottom bit doesn't fire properly. Seems too tight.

The draw wasn't that great either once i'd build my own coil with cotton.

Back to the drawing board for me.
 
Leaking from airholes is normally not enough cotton in the channels. Not always and it could just be a bad clone. The is the main issue with clones I've found, sometimes they are just as good as the originals but the quality control leaves much to be desired. Makes reviews of them unreliable too, since the one being reviewed might not really be like the one that turns up for you.

What is wrong with the Paragon? Does it stick or just not fire? Often mech mods are a bit sticky until you use them a bit.

I tried 2 squape clones and they both leaked. Poor quality,leakage and dodgy 510 connection. Swore off them and then this came this morning.....





A whole lot of better. Well machined and no leaks. Its just better in every way but thats genuine gear for you and theres a good reason they more money than some of the tat that comes out of FT

I had the same problem with the leaks, use the wide deck and put the cotton down the side channels almost to the bottom, that should fix it :)

Ileaf and a kanger/innokin tank for it? Or if you want to build and save money on coils for it a kayfun clone/mvp 2?

I kind of missed all the beginners stuff out as I had a protank for a week then got a kayfun....havnt looked back and neither has my wallet :p

Im glad I went the route of cheap itaste copy thing for a 5er off the market that fell in bits after 2 weeks, got another etc. then moving onto a dual coil iclear 16, then got my self a itaste 3.0 vw battery which could changed the watts and make more vape yo! :eek::p was the best thing since sliced bread, then I was burning my iclears with the poooowwwwer! haha. then I got my self a protank 2 mini and then eventually started making coils but fed up making micro coils inside a mini tank I have to fill up every 10 mins and rebuild once a day coils etc because I vape so much.

Each time iv got something new its been a better step up in the right direction I guess and its been a improvement each time.

Can't wait for Wednesday for my Kayfun 3.1 and Vamo v6 mod! ill let you know how it goes :) hopefully wont be making a new coil daily because the coil looks a lot bigger and beefier, more juice and vape etc! less burning up etc. or etleast is what im thinking

Tried every design of coil for the protank 2 mini and different designs in cotton wicks that I made, all with same result, lots of performance, and then dying after a day, or sometimes if im lucky three days before the coil is dead. well not dead but so much dirt and sludge on it that it tastes terrible.

I take it you mean the eleaf istick? Is this a reliable combo with one of the tanks you mentioned? As it's for the girlfriend it needs to be as hassle free as possible, I know nothing about these things!

I'd had issues with my tank today and it leaked empty. Still I was out and about; I'd ran into a local B&M store that just open to get some juice.

The girl at the counter didn't know what she was on about, I'd asked what the PG/VG mix was, and she was like 'Ehh?'... anyway long story short.. I picked up 20ml (smallest bottle that they do) for 8 pounds, its not bad but its all PG. They do an offer 3 bottles for £20.

They say you should support your local shop; but it seems that anyone can open a b&m store and not train the staff at all. I've just checked their website and they claim to be "The UK's leading Electronic Cigarette Company" and that all their juices are VG?! :confused:

You sure it was the right site? I know a lot of the local shops around here have names and logos very close to online stores but don't really seem to be linked in anyway. One of them I think is a franchise but I'm not 100% sure.

To save you trawling through the pages of this thread... Get an eleaf istick and a nautilus mini.
 
Had 4 days with the Squape genuine I bought and I love it. Wick placement and coil height are very important to the vape you get though but ive got it perfect now. A nice warm and dense vape.
My only complaint being...and this is first world problem stuff...is it burns through juice at a crazy rate. Im talking a couple of hours to get through a 5ml tank @18 watts!
 
The Spectrum vanilla custard is nice and if you let it steep for a few days at least, it gets nicer, though I bought 50/50 and find it dries my throat a bit so will try a higher VG mix next order.
 
Back on the vape after over a year, grabbed an iLeaf and nautilus mini however I'm having a couple of issues.

I can't remember what a good vape is meant to feel like and so far I don't think I've had a good hit. What wattage should I vape at with a 50/50? This is a drip style tank, I think, where as I'm used to seeing threads so not sure if it's leaking o4 I'm doing it wrong but at low watt I don't feel anything yet at high watt I get the bubbling and can taste the liquid on my lips and tounge.

Could be this old grants custard as the bottle has got to be nearly 2 years old... but tastes great still.

What am I doing wrong? :(
 
NVP, I have some T juice which has low VG and can be a touch harsh but has good flavour.

Oh I have the Istick and Naut mini too and I use the 2nd smallest air hole at 7-8w. Still got to try a higher VG juice which i am guessing will want maybe 9w?

Still new to learning!!
 
Thanks Brackish!! I forgot about those air holes!! I'm getting a good vape at 7.2 now, although still a bit oily but it could just need a clean from previous bad attempts. Cheers :)
 
Any orchid v4 users here?

Was losing my calm with dripping at work, it's annoying filling it every few puffs so bit the bullet and bought one of these which should arrive tomorrow.
Everywhere I've read has said that it resembles the flavour of a decent dripper and still produces some clouds.

Really want my custards to steep already, am down to the bottom of my hiesenberg/pinkman combo (I nickname it crack), with no other fruits to get me by!!! Have already warm bathed them all, time is a ticking :p

Have;

- 100ml ABC
- 100ml mint choc vapetto
- 100ml grants vanilla custard clone (not tried it yet, went balls deep and just commited to 100ml, smells nice! I went with 18% capella custard v2, 2% DDL, 1.5drops of EM per 10ml)
- 100ml spectrum vaping custard cream
- 10ml franch vanilla 1(15%) + bavarian cream (5%) + graham cracker (5%) - smells great but will give it another week before trying
