I didn't like Hannah for looks, but I did feel that she had more talent than the guy she was up against. That said, I felt the guy she was up against should have gone out in his Battle.

I'm glad that Jessie finally got rid of miss I can't sing in tune though...

Look, a funny voice does not equal a good voice. She is so contrived its not funny. It's not new either. Sinead O'Connor, Dolores O'Riordan, Diana Vickers, and Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol were prior proponents of this style. All it requires is to curl the last word under, with a slight flip to falsetto. It's not incredible by any stretch of the imagination and is an excuse not to finish lines and words in the correct manner that talented proper singers use.
 
Good god, this program has turned to **** hasn't it. After all the controversy about it not being live we have that little stunt with about 20 mentions of needing to get it right because it's live :o
 
So, what do people think for the final 4?

Danny:
Bo. I don't really like either to be honest, and didn't think either were great, but Bo was better than Max I feel.

Tom:
Ruth. That girl is incredible. I think that says enough really.

Jessie:
I feel Becky is the better of the two, and actually more sellable. I'm not sure she's quite mature enough yet though, and I think Vince has quite a large following, so who knows....

Will:
I think Jaz should go through. Tyler is possibly more UK sellable, but that said, I think Jaz will be huge in the states. To be honest, I could see Will getting Jaz a contract no matter what.
Also, was it just me that thought Tyler was really not good? The judges seemed to wax lyrical about him, but I just didn't think it was any good. Some of them I honestly think have done better covers than the original. But that wasn't even close, the original knocks it out of the park. Freddie had great pitch, and whilst Tyler has had some good pitch recently, he definitely missed some of the notes for that. That said, I've never heard anyone who can cover the original of Queen and beat it, or actually come close... I'm quite worried that the public might pick Tyler over Jaz though :S

If I had to choose the best four from tonight it would be Jaz, Ruth, Leanne and Tyler. Unfortunately that isn't the way it works, so I'll say Jaz and Ruth. I'm really not struck on anyone from Jessie or Dannys teams, not that they are bad I just don't enjoy listening to them (Becky is also beyond obnoxious, maybe she will grow out of it but I'm not convinced :p).

I thought this was supposed to be about 'The Voice' not about who was the most sellable, I fear it will go that way though.
 
If this was about the voice, then Leanne would be winner already, and Bo would be in the bottom of a skip with a needle of skag in her arm and a bag of Evo-Stik over her her face.
 
This program should not get another series. The initial idea was good but once the blind auditions finished it went downhill fast. Don't actually think a single act has even improved from their initial audition :o
 
Tyler really is ******* awful.

I have a sneaking suspicion this is all just a vehicle for him to become famous just because he knows people and has contacts because of Amy Winehouse.

He can't sing very well at all ( not compared to the others anyway), and all he does is move his neck to the side and look at the floor and gesticulate with his hand a bit like a rapper everytime he performs

He's not the best singer, but at least he has a unique voice which max, leanne, and even extent ruth, do not have. He would make a much better recording artist.

He doesnt have a unique voice at all. He struggles when singing anything relatively high outside of his whiney falsetto. His rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody last night made me cringe. If he beats Jaz it will be a farce.

He has no place in this competition and I guarantee you that he is only there because of his links with Amy Winehouse.

That montage with his mum last night almost made me feel sick it was so fabricated. The bit where it cut to him on a bench with her and they faded in the sound as he laughs and says "haha oh mum!". Yuck.

EDIT: Oh look he beat Jaz....what a surprise :rolleyes:

Thankfully Tom will make sure that Ruth does well, and hopefully Will will have the same amount of common sense to make sure Jaz does well. His face showed he was absolutely astounded that Tyler won...

The top 2 were Ruth and Jaz. What the hell has happened...

It is a fix. Tyler has got contacts due to Amy Winehouse and that is why he is there.

He has very little talent. Can't really sing, and just does the same performance week in week out, (slight neck turn, look at the floor, mic close to mouth, move hand about a bit like a rapper)

i found it very interesting that Danny chimed in out of the blue at the end of the show saying " I would pick Tyler as he is a lot more marketable". trying to infulence the public much........ ?
 
Vince or Lianne should win. Tyler and Bo shouldn't be in the final, they're mediocrity personified.

Lianne did a surprisingly good performance last night, someone who I'd taken no notice of before, she sang really well. I have a feeling Bo might win it because her voice is probably seen as unique and relevant for today's youngsters. She's terrible though. Far better singers than her and Tyler were eliminated.

This whole thing about him getting through due to Amy Winehouse is rubbish, I just don't see how it would happen.

"I know Amy..."
"Oh cool, we'll rig a TV show watched by millions just because you knew her."

Erm right.

Anyway, based on singing the winner should be Leanne or Vince. Though Vince in my opinion is more versatile.

Well i suppose you are correct in a way, he is singing badly which is different to the others...!

Its a fix. Notice how Jessie J was very critical of Jazz and said he was "pitchy". Rubbish, he was perfectly in tune throughout that song.
