Someone posted on youtube a few weeks ago that he/she had inside information that my singer friend J Marie Cooper doesn't go through. If it's true, she may go out in tomorrow night's battle, singing Kate Perry's 'Fireworks'.

Annoyingly, some of them seemed to get by due to sob story or marketability.

Alopetia girl wasn't as good a singer as the other imo, and Winehouse's friend also wasn't anything special.

Winehouse's friend I think went through because he did the kind of 'remix' idea which impressed Will quite a bit.

Yes, and he worked with the band, and in rehersals and training didn't give him eyes and daggers like the other chump who wouldn't receive critisim.

Tyler got through because the other guy had attitude problems and a bland voice. Tyler isn't a great singer but in a recording studio would come out better.
