I now have a Loka and a Satori EXP. If you carry your kit any distance in the bag, then these are way better than the options from Lowepro/Kata/Tamrac etc. Not cheap, but by far the best camera bags I have ever used.
Edit; Oh and if you want really quick access to your camera, then I use a Peak Design Capture Clip to attach the camera to the bag shoulder strap.
They look perfect for what I've wanted for ages, ie a decent day sack with a small dedicated camera section that allows me to carry my camera gear in a secure accessible way but also leaves room for lunch and waterproofs etc! every other camera bag I've looked the bigger the bag the more camera space but little increase in space for other stuff.
Something like the loka with the small or medium IC would be spot on!
