New year, a new log.

Current goal, to get aesthetic.

Current bodyfat, just too damn high.

Current routine, everything.
 
First session after over a week off, 5 days of being ill, and not even hitting protein macros once over the holidays. All in all, surprised at how well it went, even if my strength fell off very quickly.

So actually had the balls to weigh myself this morning; just under 14 stone and 3 lbs..... Which puts me at 90kg-ish.

I've lost weight over Christmas :/

I know that feeling (not the bench pressing - .could not get past five reps at 90kg)... Went in to Christmas holidays weighing 93kg+ on average; came out at 92kg almost dead on. :mad: :(

I blame the creatine. :D

Funny session. Struggled with endurance, not so much with strength. Diet hasn't been too bad but a terrible nights sleep past night.
