I watched a cross fit competition video from the Crossfit games on Youtube the other week 'oh the shame'.
It was something like a 2km row, 50 empty barbell squat thrusts (squat to PP) finished with 50 'pull ups'. Ground my gears how they call them regular pull ups when quite clearly these kermits couldn't do 5 strict pull ups to save their life let alone 50!
Can't tell if good session or not. Gym was being refurbed and plates were a scarce commodity, so I didnt go particularly heavy. Did manage a fair but of volume at least.
Went down at like 8pm last night, never train that late but needed to get out the house. Did some chest. Was okay, not much strength, but not pathetically weak.

May upload a pic to FB group, hovering around 14st, couple of lbs down.
But now fully off gear (currently on PCT actually), diet is getting reigned back in although not perfect, and moving in to a new flat a week on Friday. But gym is now becoming a priority again.
6 weeks of barely training, eating rubbish food and coming off gear means I'm weak as a kitten. Embarrassingly so. I don't look TERRIBLE, but whilst losing weight (88kg or less now), I've gained bit of a belly which I'm currently reducing.
So it's all a bit funny from a few months ago where I felt like I was at my peak
