Calamity james at fault for the last 2 liverpool goals, hes palmed an easy header into his own net and been beaten near post when he was leaning on it just about.
Both goals were Distin's fault.
Frankly the result was deserved by Liverpool, however they are clearly wobbling because Portsmouth there were as bad as anyone I've seen this season, probably worse. Blind passes back to goal and air shots/clearances were in double figures when I stopped counting (and a blind back pass and an air clearance were responsible for 2 goals), they couldn't pass to save their lives and defensively they struggled against Liverpools route one game plan.
Mullins is absolutely garbage, his passing first half seemed to be at least 1 good pass to one turnover, it was incredible to see. Distin was absolutely useless and actually gave Liverpool their last 2 goals.
Liverpool getting out of jail again, but I was close with predictions, I predicted a goal in the 85th minute and Torres in the 91st minute, sadly it was 85th and 92nd, but it's becoming predictable, much like the 3-2 from 2-1 down scoreline
. The match was only entertaining for the inexcusibly bad play from both sides at differing times in the game, an advert for the modern English game that was not.
Didn't think it was going to be our day today; offside decisions going against us and seemingly the bounce of the ball too.
WHAT?! I commented none-stop about you getting the lucky bounce, Agger alone bundled through 3 time with the lucky bounce on different occassions, Kuyt again for the goal (Distin's clearance, hits Kuyt on the shin pad and dropped perfectly), it was incredible. Everything bounced Liverpools way!
