Ah the thunderbug season begins...

There's an easy way to get them out, you just won't have a usable screen afterwards...

You can't unless you take the TFT apart and they are on a surface you can wipe off.

I RMA'ed mine when this happened to me.

I hate those little ****s with a passion. I have my windows shut now to try to keep them out of my games room. I got one in my 2405 about 6 weeks after buying it. Luckily it dropped down with some light flicking. I went into the garden earlier and got covered in the little ****s.

They've gone into hiding for now. Hopefully they will just die. Dont know where they came from though as we dont have any normal fies or ants in the house?!

If they die you have no chance of getting them out. They will be an annoying black blob within your monitor forever.

Might be worth turning the monitor off and shining a torch and hope they make their way to it.

They come from outside, the tiny little buggers get everywhere. They are so small they get in through gaps in windows or vents and I have even seen them in sealed pictures on my wall.

I've had one in my laptop before as well, crawling around behind the screen, luckily he came out.

When the inevitable happens and I get one in this screen again, I will buy another and keep the ruined one for thunderbug season.
