These guys have no idea what they are talking about.

does 5800x at 150w give a score thats double that when run at 75w?
Obviously not but the same applies to the 12900k. At 65w it doesn't give double the score of 32.5w. You have to normalize for something, either consumption or performance. No matter which one you choose, GC cores walk all over the zen 3 cores. It's not even close. Are you suggesting - just like humbug - otherwise? You have a 5600x, we cant it against 6 gc cores if you like ;)

PS1. Actually my comparison was very generous for the zen 3, cause the lower you drop the wattage the worse it becomes after a point - because of the IOD wattage.

says ipc of alderlake and zen3 is about equal?

Dont know and dont care, im talking about efficiency. Why are you changing the topic instead of just admitting that zen 3 cores are nowhere near close to gc cores in terms of efficiency?

So many people talk about cinebench and IPC, while AMD first generation 3dcache does this despite having 1 ghz less clock and 15% IPC deficit, not to mention that 5800x3d is master of efficiency:

Zen 4 with second generation of 3dcache coupled with ddr5, double l2cache and higher clocks will beat RPL easily in games, but Intel will have cinebench :), and both parties are happy.
