Was he an early 30's black man with a mustache?
Had an entire PC go missing once through CityLink.
Two monitors were also in this package.
Was waiting in all day after saving my money, no van appeared but when I checked the delivery status it said that it had been signed for by someone completely different.
Got onto the local depot who said they would send the drive round, driver came to my road, drove past my house, turned around and stopped half way up the street. Followed him up there and asked him if he had delivered it to my house earlier in the day - 'Yes yes I did it was a woman who signed for it.'
Asked him to show me which house it was, he couldn't.
Had to ring head office countless times, get back in touch with OcUK about it too and I think they started a criminal investigation over it. One month later I got it delivered again, this time by my usual driver...

all this makes me think i should get a new credit card just for online purchases
There are a great deal of them who are thieving scum who will steal anything.
At the Nottingham branch they were stealing at least 3 items of value a day from the traffic going in and out the depot, phones, PS3's, Wii's, DVD players etc etc.
They were having so many phones stolen at one point Carphone warehouse and O2 were in a crisis meeting with them about pulling the plug on them a couple of months ago.

indeed... i once missed the delivery, went to city link to pick it up (USB flash + SD card).
waited for like nearly an hour, and the guy brought me.....
an empty big paper envelope, completely ripped down the middle with nothing inside except a A4 print order
later on i investigated the envelope and im convinced that it was ripped a certain way using your hands so someone defo did it intentionally.
i told him it better be a joke, and thats when i barged into the warehouse and walked around untill i found a 2GB SD card i ordered on the floor! 8GB usb was gone!
Im frustrated greatly by this as i cannot go out and attack whoevers fault it is, and id rather get physically mugged with a knife at night then have my CPU or GPU stolen in a warehouse!
