Thinking about SSD

Hello, I'm thinking of getting an ssd for my system. I would probably go with one of the smaller ones and just use it for my OS, applications and maybe a couple of my most played games.

Which is the best drive for around £100-£150 and what should I know about them before I buy?

I was looking at this:

Maybe I would get a second one later and raid 0 them.

Or maybe I could stretch to this which seems a lot faster:

Yes I suppose they do. Anything better than the OCZ limited edition in that price range though? Does trim and raid and all that jazz work properly on them?
