Thinking Of Getting A DS Lite

Got a white one with me staff discount at Tesco for £86.40 and having previously owned the original this one completely owns it! The screen is absolutely amazing and it's a lot better than the original DS, as someone previously said the screen does the games justice and makes them look a lot sharper in my view. Definately recommend getting one! MK:DS rules!
 
just got back from town............with a black DS lite nintendogs dalmation and brain training for £129.99 :D
 
just took it out the box to have a quick look and its got a bloody dead pixel, guess i'll be taking it back tomoorow to swap it

Ive got the soundtrack for that game on my computer, the music in the game are actually covers of the originals, but excellent covers they are!

Ouendan is the reason I havent played on my DS for over a week now. My girlfriend has took it upon herself to steal it on me. If she doesnt leave it here tonight she will be getting a crack!!!!*

* - I do not condone domestic violence. This is not going to happen. She knows better and will leave the DS behind!

LOL. Ah mate its such an ace game I have not played any of my other DS games. Im to hooked on this it's getting a bit harder now some of the levels are quite hard at first but you sort of get into it after a few retrys.

All you people with DS's get this game now!!! :)
 
Its strange that all these DS lites have dead pixels, my one has a dead pixel only on one game though, this game is metroid prime, every other game is fine...
 
My first DS had this really bright blue stuck pixel near the middle, so obvious even in the day. Swapped for a 2nd one and its perfect.
 
Had it just under a week. No dead pixels and loving it to the max.

Got Trauma Center and Metroid Prime : Hunters

Awsome bit of kit and I can see myself playing on it for aggges.

Was Advance Wars Dual Strike for £12 a special offer? I had a quick look the other day and they were all £29.97. I'll drive up there at lunch for that price :)

Picked up "Advance Wars : Dual Strike" in my local Tescos last night for £12.97. Talk about a bargain! Played it for around 2 hours last night. Poor Xbox 360 is being shoved aside :(

The prices on there hardly ever mirror the in store prices. I was wondering if it was a managers special of something and hence worth my time driving up there ;)

Hmm £12.94 on the webby for Jersey and Extra so its worth the extra 4 miles to have a look in store at lunch :)

Nice to see loads of people on OCuk are getting DS LITES.

When we have all had fun and stuff we should start aranging tournaments on Mario kart, metroid prime online ect

My local Tescos had it for the same price. Location: South Wales.
 
Just got back from town.

Now the proud owner of a black DS Lite.:D

Ended up getting it from Gamestation. Everywhere else had the black version out of stock. Plenty of white though. My local gamestation only had 3 black ones left.

Didn't have a mass selection of games to chose from as everyone has been nabbing all of the essestial titles over the last few days.

Managed to get Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney with the DS Lite for £109. Sounds and looks like an interesting game.
