Third HDD problem.

Hey,

I've just bought 2 extra hard drives for my system and have installed them. Problem is, I can only see one of them. I've tried changing the power cable and the SATA slot it plugs into but nothing. Anyone know what's up?

I'm running a Gigabyte DS3 and the HD that won't show is a WD 500gb.

I don't know what POST means but it doesn't show in BIOS or in the DOS startup. :confused:

If it doesn't show in the BIOS does it mean that it must be dead?

Well, I disconnected it from the mount and powered on to nothing, it doesn't spin up at all. Back it goes! Thanks for the help guys.
