Was going to message you about Volvo things :p

Celsior is going. Looks like I'm getting an orange P80 V70R (FWD) manual.

Email me :P V70s are cheaper but the 850s hold their value better. 99-00 years needs to be avoided. They're called b*stard years for a reason. 97 850 or 97-98 V70 would be better option. 94+ 850s and 97-98 V70s share the majority of parts too, if you need spares. V70s are slightly softer in terms of setup and handling when compared to the 850s, which are the better drivers car.

Cheaper V70Rs are probably manual swapped, which may or may not have been done properly, and probably a few issues. 850Rs are mental money, but T5s are cheaper with more parts availability and only differ from Rs in terms of boost pressure in terms of engine performance. Rs also sat 15mm lower from factory but you're no stranger to lowering cars. Aside from that it's purely cosmetic, and why I'd recommend T5s over Rs unless you're looking for a long term keeper/summer car.

T5Rs are rarer than the Rs and basically commanding the same price, and worth avoiding cos near impossible to find interior pieces for.

If you really want a wagon and don't mind crappy turning circle the P2 V70s (like your S60 T5) are probably a more sensible buy as parts availability both new and used is much better. They aren't quite as sharp handling wise but interior as I'm sure you know is exceedingly comfy, performance is on par (if not actually faster). If you don't want a wagon I'd go back to S60s. I love P80's and won't be getting rid of mine unless life forces me to, but they are getting to be a real pain to find parts for.

Yeah, hopefully it sorts it for her. We got her as a 6yr old (she was the mum of our other dog we got as a puppy and we asked the same couple if they knew of any other breeders as we wanted another and they offered us her as they'd just had a baby). She's always had bad breath and i don't think they looked after her as well as they could have, but recently it seems to have got worse.

Ooh thats worrying. Have you considered Hydrotherapy? My wife used to do it before her illness put a stop to it and she raved about it for hip issues.

Yea, we're looking at that. I think a fair bit of it may just be down to over exercising so we've taken his balls away from him and just walking him rather than thrashing him with his ball. He also doesn't seem to move during the night. Just goes to sleep and stays in that position all night which can't help. I think it's partly down to old age and him not accepting it!

Pets are crazy aren't they, you get so worried over little things!

Pinged you a message with some info. It's a purchase of convenience as they want my car

4.41pm, it's 31°C and summer hasn't started. The suspected fistula in my neck-jaw causing this pulsatile tinnitus has not been found on closer inspection of the contrastive scans of skull and neck.

That's the bad news. Not found yet = not fixable. More misery.

The good news:

I'm off the hook for now of the risk of a stroke in the next two weeks that could have been caused by planned sudden surgery for vascular repair in that location. Such is life.

Good news for some...Australia is relaxing migration rules for more occupations:

No just anxious :p having blood tests to check why I'm still tired and ECG to again rule anything out as I've been getting heart palpitations again. Though ironically they eased after I saw the doctor. I'm just stressed a lot and Its getting to me again lol.

Hey! Join the club! :D

I suffer from bouts of fatigue and get heart palpitations and sleep bruxism, probably due to anxiety that I am ignorant of. Doctors haven't found anything over the years nor suggested much. It comes and goes still.

Hope you they get to the cause find a resolution for you! :)

Thanks. I think to be honest that I just need to work on controlling my anxiety a bit better and getting my stress levels down. The doctor suggested it might just be a case of needing CBT or counselling but the stresses in my life right now are partly down to needing more time to get things done. And then of course when I feel tired and let it get the better of me, I'm not so productive, and then I chastise myself for it.

It's a vicious cycle lol.

Summer holiday tomorrow! I've 'upgraded' us to the Comfort Economy seats, no better service, they are no wider but you get a bit more leg room and better recline. 12 hour in the sky, cost £69 each. I don't think it's worth it but time will tell...

KLM on an old 747 Combi...

I think you just need a good seeing to tbh.

Imagine me as a doctor giving that sort of advice haha :p
