In the office alone today, again... and just checked the tracking and I've got 6 pallets due in today to our 1000sq ft warehouse full of racking. Fun.

1000sqft sounds large but that's 30ft x 30ft right? And a pallet is what, 4ft square? Do you have to assemble it yourself?

I'm back at my home desk after a day in the office and TBH I'm too tired to be motivated. Every time I travel in, I'm dead the next day

6 due in, full pallets.

Although it's quite a large warehouse, it's full of pallet racking (three aisles), and welfare facilities take up some of the 1000sq ft so it's pretty tight to get three pallets in, let alone 6.

Just hoping they give me enough time to break them down and sort them into stock!

I’m off work all week for DIY mainly.

Yesterday I sat around on the sofa with the wife drinking cava and watching Beetlejuice.

Today I’ve been on the phone most of the morning and have another call at 11 so feels pointless starting something now.

There aren't many problems you cant solve with a 3 slice pizza.

Tonight I cooked chicken vegetable broth. Put three drumsticks in the soup and the other 9 in the oven at 220 deg. C for 45 minutes. Pretty tasty.

I've had a fairly unremarkable day. Managed to get out for a 30 minute stroll in the woods earlier and found a dead woodpigeon with not a mark on it and not a feather out of place. A shame, it was a beautiful looking bird.

So yea, it's been all "go" here today as you can tell.

They said "soon" !

Main HR lady i spoke to is away this week so may slow progress down.

Good news about your stroll...bad news about the pigeon.
