Hmmm... maybe next time. Too much effort.

I should probably start rinsing it before I leave work at least :D

Hah! That's been brewed with 2 teabags, but also a shed load of milk :D I grew up with indian tea, so strong, milky and lots of sugar (as well as cardamom, fennel seeds, cinnamon, and cloves) - so like my normal tea strong, milky and sweet too!

Ah see, I do like that but I'm still suspicious of it being in your daily mug :P

Now sitting in A&E waiting on an EKG after two staff from my local health centre rushed to mine not long ago after my EKG result from two days ago showed signs of a heart attack. Not sure why they sent two unless they were expecting me to be laid out on the floor. Now sitting surrounded by the sick watching out for those looking flu'y. I don't know what the **** is on ITV right on in the waiting room, but a heart attack would put me out of my misery of having to listen to it.

Edit: Dude, the cardiologist was ******. Came back clear. He blamed "idiots" not being able to hook up the machine or read the results right and I shouldn't worry. Didn't have the heart (ha) to tell him that my doctor sent the initial reading to his hospital to get a second opinion and his lot were the ones that told me to book it to A&E.

He told me he once found himself 'faced with' an invisible vast column of slowly swirling 3 dimensional "yods" (hebrew letters) or chinese half-circle-swirl shapes 4ft in diameter that were only sensible by his sense of touch and warmth.

What did you do, I asked.

"I tried to trace their shape with my hands, one at a time. This would have made me look as if I were slowly and sinuously dancing, or doing tai chi...I followed their apparent motion up and down..."

Did anyone see you? I asked.

"No. It was in the hallway between the laundry and the toilet. I bumped into it on my way past."

And what effect did it have on you?

"I found the slow exercise motion very comfortable. It felt like an eloquent dance that someone might perform on a stage. Someone from a different culture..."

And how many times did this occur?

"Oh. Just the once. Thankfully!"

Excessive and prolonged lack of sleep coupled with a 10 coffees a day habit for 4 months had oversensitised his haptic nerve endings, causing mild tactile hallucinations. The condition resolved after 2 weeks rest (8 hours a night sleep) with no caffeine during. Olanzopine and vitamin B1 assisted the process.
