Three feet from the back door, four paving slabs have sunk down about four inches, right where an old well is indicated in the building plans.

We've had Heavy snow and then a mild day and all the snow has fallen off the roof at almost 2m high by 5m i have to clear it before it begins to melt and freeze in place. FML. :p
Glad I bought a snow blower last year.

sounds dodgy, i love the Gannel access of the frontline properties here though but don't like the the communities being turned into an upcountry folks holiday street
My favorite cafe is up for sale here, i had a coffee here and asked about the echiums, ended up with a full garden tour and tips for growing my own
