It's how they look that can matter too

I like how the Bosch one looks, they call it AeroBlade something, just 1 piece and not the bow looking ones. Which reminds me, I should replace them, it's been like 2 years!
But you can have both, and cheaper than Bosch blades tooThe guy drives a Volvo, it's all about function over style
I get the fake ebay aerotwins. They last longer than regular aerotwins. Which are crap. They all last the same, 1-2 years in outdoor coastal locations, valeo don't have any nice looking blades for older arms, in flat type, neither do Bosch or others until you venture out to Japanese brands like Denso, then you get integrated blades that fit snug into an old hook arm.
Bosch: Are we the baddies now?!I get the fake ebay aerotwins. They last longer than regular aerotwins. Which are crap.
Do you mean Aerotwin? Because those have the fat wedge in the middle which is the whole discussion in that thread, creates a big gap between arm and blade for wind to pass through and depending on speed, create slight lift resulting in less pressure on the windscreen and some water being missed on one of the strokes - That's been my experience with both Bosch and Valeo anyway, whereas the ones with a full sied integrated spoiler like the standard blade or those with a full length spoiler not having the issue. This depends on the cartoo, how much air the bonnet directs over that exact area, the angle of the windscreen etc etc -Lots of variables.
Here's how the Denso ones look against the Bosch Aerotwin, no gap between arm and blade:

ECP! If yours are the hook type, then just search denso on ECP and buy the size you need.I never notice the pressure thing tbh...I just get them from Halfords or ECP...
I will look into Denso though, they look neat.
edit - where do you buy it from?
Roof to my bird feeding station nearly finished!
Watching my niece and nephew's reaction to their childhood nanny visiting for the first time since she went back to Spain is so wholesome.
What's wrong with volvo I've always bought Bosch aerotwin but looks like I'll be looking for Denso nowThe guy drives a Volvo, it's all about function over style
