Found a FB group called Sitting There Rotting on a Driveway.

Photos of you guessed it vehicles on driveways which were last MOT’d in 1997 and beyond repair 25 years ago. All covered in moss

I just don’t get why people don’t get rid of these cars.

Failed intent, usually. They were going to get the alternator/tyre/battery/whatever fixed but they didn't get round to it/didn't have the money/the child who owned it went to uni/whatever, and then, because it had sat there so long more things needed doing, until it's just sitting there, won't start, can't be moved and you'd need to pay someone to come and get it.

I am watching three under 10s in the living room dancing to Roots Bloody Roots, by Sepultura.
Start 'em young!

After living here 2 weeks, this guy has decided he trusts me enough to lie on me. I rewarded him by trimming his claws! We expected to do one as a trial but he was super chilled.

Yes, I'm still on the sofa an hour later as he's not moved :D

Why do people lose all sense of spatial awareness upon entering a supermarket or any other large shop. You know what's a good idea? Stopping dead for no reason. Another good idea is parking two trolleys side by side, blocking the aisle so you can have a chat with someone.

They see you, make eye contact then they carry on chatting anyway.

They have their chats in front of the bananas, milk when trying to fill them up and when say 'excuse me' they look at me with aghast. Well you would be the first ones to complain if there's no milk or bananas....

Also another place where customers stand to chat is the recess area by the doors to the back.

My Samsung S20+ had battery swell for the last few weeks, i thought i can change that (watched the youtube videos), all the screws out and new battery ready to go, trying to ease the old battery out of the case it burst into flames, i had enough time to run through the kitchen and throw it onto the decking before standing there seeing it bellow so much smoke/sizzle in the rain.....wasn't expecting an electrical bonfire when i woke up this morning, or a need to replace the phone...onwards and upwards a new S23+ ordered! Remember for next time to take it to a professional!
