sitting on sunbed by the pool in Tenerife. after a busy morning with the lad in the pool , he is now at a holiday club for a few hrs so me and the boss having a beer. it's my 1st family holiday abroad since having a child. it's fair to say having a 7 year old it's a VERY different experience than when childless.

Hate that, just screams unprofessional. They might be a great company but it always puts me off a bit, don't understand it especially when its so easy to get a site up and running.

Bought a leather topped desk, all of the cabinet locks were locked and no key present. After much (1 minute) of trying to pick them I tried key for a bureau which worked. Small win.

Called AA Travel Insurance, just told them what happened and lady on the phone has recommended my claim to be approved, 1 call. Just waiting for someone to sign off on it. Didn't even need to send in any documents or photos.
