Today, I've experienced the worst possible example of something that really grinds my gears! I absolutely detest it because it's so ******* stupid that people do it, when people leave you a voicemail where they ask you to call them back on a number they read out so quickly, you can't actually digest the number.

All I know is from the last digit they read out, the number in my call received history is different and obviously is their switchboard number. I literally pressed the repeat twice to try and decipher the phone number, and after the second attempt to write down their digits failed, promptly pressed the delete button.

Day off work. Should be packing to move house. Better get on with it...

Flipping stupid. I worked in a call centre and was trained to leave a standard voicemail - at the end, repeat your number. Simple! Along with just not hurrying/mumbling.

Dunno if this is me overanalysing, but...

Went into Morrisons, there was an old lady who (at a guess) had dementia and was having huge problems understanding how to put her trolley back (£1 slot), despite people trying to help her.

When i came out, she was standing next to a (her?) car with a bunch of keys in her hand, looking totally lost.

I just got in my car and drove off.

Now wondering if I should have helped, or even called the police. I hope she isn't driving, she is (in my opinion) a danger to others if she is.

We have customers like that!

I've just put back the garden CCTV camera and it greeted me with a rather unflattering view of the family trait bald spot that I had until that point been in denial about. :(
