These customers have zero idea that their behaviour is causing us stress. Just look at the general merchandise and clothing for a few minutes and then you don't have to queue as much. I did this when I was shopping before the days of self scan and scan n go.

When is the right time to join the queue? They could be waiting a while if someone else keeps joining it. Who decides which old gribble joins first, are they all in it together? Maybe its a plot to annoy the staff by buying things they need.

They probably just like a natter tbf.
 
Very loud party across the valley has been playing pop (ABBA etc) for the last few hours.

Barber's adagio for strings has just come on.

I am assuming someone has just died, probably in slow motion.

Edi: sadly barber's adagio did not last long and we sre back to awful dance music.

Contacted a hospital to see about the possibility of a surgery for my airway collapse (EDAC), last time I spoke to someone a couple of years ago it was still only being performed in the USA. Got a call to book an appointment through my GP with their consultant, hopefully some good news!

Allows you to be spontaneous, why so long?

Also, anyone know of a way to insert multiquotes when editing a post, option is there for a new one but not editing existing. I can't even work out how to just get a single quote in to an edit.
 
Do any of the Deliveroo/Just Eat/Uber Eats food couriers on bikes or motor scooters know any concepts of traffic laws and safety? Had two near instances this morning. One knocked my wing mirror almost off. Another I was turning into a one way street and tw*t on motor scooter was going in the opposite direction.

Then don't start on those on bikes in Leicester city centre. Almost colliding into pedestrians and riding bikes in no cycling areas.
 
Schools here have one more week left before they break up.

The misbehaving kids never go on holiday and spend more time at my work.

Then the teens use our ramp to the underground car park to ride their bikes and swear at everyone they see in the car park. Oh joy

We've got neighbours, fortunately not too close, where the I think the mother of one of them has moved in with her little terrier thing and it goes yap, yap, yap constantly from about 6:30am for several hours and intermittently the rest of the day... dunno if it it'll calm down once it has been there awhile. If it was next door in a joined house it would be completely unacceptable.

They seem to make no attempt to stop it, I think it is like her baby and screw everyone else from the impression I get.
