Hell no, I'm not a top revenue earner. I'm afraid it's just cheap and practical belts for me.

Currently sat on friend's sofa with a couple of days off work, having spent the weekend doing massive house move trips and getting sunburned at a family gathering. Rest is nice

That level of weight loss isn't normal or healthy. Unless you've been taking stringent actions you should see a doctor.
IIRC Malevolence went from sitting behind a desk to pushing heavy things around a hospital for 20,000 steps per day :)

About 10 years ago I could get into a 30" waist jeans...I am happy if I can get back into 32" lol

But work is having solar panel installed meaning about 30% of the parking around the building is blocked off for scaffolding, so started to walk to and from work, meaning a mandatory extra 4000 steps each way.

For a second i read that as having to park further away and thought you must have a huge car park!

Funny you should say that, bought a pair of shorts the other day, 32" waist. Was in 38-40" back in January.

You should still be careful losing that much weight that quickly. A friends son lost 7 stone in 18 months and has ended up with gallstones that bad they are removing his gallbladder now!

So I looked it up and yes, rapid weight loss can lead to various complications, gallstones being a common one.
