Ideally I’d like to set my YouTube homepage to the subscriptions page as that’s where I go to to check new videos. Never used the homepage before because it’s full of crap since I’ve had watch history turned off since I got an account.

The **** is going on with Youtube? I always have my history switched off, but now you can't see anything unless you turn it on. I have it off because the front page is not populated with videos "tailored to you", it's a bunch of random crap that I have zero interest in or videos I've already watched.

What the **** is wrong with the idiots at Google, why do they always pull **** like this?

This is annoying me too

Am sitting in the garage with a candle in the dark - there's a power blackout here and its lasted an hour so far.

I don’t understand why UK shops need this Xmas stuff in the shops for 4 months before.

Been to mainland Europe Oct/Nov and seen very little.

Because of the stuff in the shops so bloody early, it makes the big day a let down.

Currently anxiously waiting to see if an offer on a property has been accepted, we absolutely love the place but apparently it's getting a lot of interest. The seller seems to be taking the offer seriously, they've asked their estate agent to see our mortgage in principle despite their EA calling our mortgage broker. We have no lower chain which might work in our favour. Hopefully find out tomorrow

This is boring but true: there's always another dream house just waiting for you to buy it.

It'll be fine :)

I saw some Christmas decorations for sale in my local Costco this evening, so it's not just a UK phenomenon.:p:cry:

It isn't just Google - there seems to be some very *special* people behind a lot of software development these days.

:p

One of my colleagues pointed out a lot of companies are increasingly removing any mention of Christmas or Xmas on Christmas products, advertising and so on or it is only on the small print. (EDIT: Though one of the examples I actually noted next time I was out shopping after they'd said about it looking at their website it has Christmas all over the products there).

Sat at the departure gate in Heathrow having seriously overestimated the potential delays at security etc. Still 45 mins till boarding starts. Time to download some netflix for the plane.
