Is there a way to make a curry that doesn't involve lengthy times punishing the porcelain ?
So the curry is next level but wow , is a tablespoon of hot chilli powder too much. Fry the spices longer, I already do
This is an instant and moment from the bathroom
Are you using cream? Could switch to coconut milk instead

TIAM I keep thinking today is Sunday  then I think yey extra day tomorrow and then I immediately feel sad that today was near enough "wasted" doing overtime this morning and then chores and a trip to tesco. Did find a few new recipes to try though (one being a curry but will test that out when OH is here)

At least I'm no longer testing positive for covid so I can have physio on Monday that I've been waiting for for over 2 months

No i don't do dairy so sometimes use coconut milk ,yeah probably does make it a bit easier on the system, I do use red onions I wonder if that makes a difference

Yeah could be the onion as its a high fodmap
I made chip shop chicken curry and chips a few months back. Was a recipe from a weight loss Instagram page so the ingredients weren't so heavy. Was delicious but a real faff to do. Found a simple one from Right Guys Reviews on FB so plan to give that one a try. I don't like super spicy foods where you can't taste the flavours but also my stomach can't handle it so whenever I have a curry I make sure I'm at home and have no plans the next day just in case :D
