Fellow gym bro?
More rugby bro. But I do spend 3 evenings a week in the gym on strength and two on training plus match day

Prefer the game training to the actual gym sessions. But the fitness trainer we have has worked with wales, ospreys and Cardiff.

But I have larger than normal bone size.

Currently 120kg at 6”3. I tend to play the full 80 so I do a fair bit of cardio swelling

We've changed the name of one our Ltd companies, but haven't changed our email address which is info@"businessname".co.uk. It's amazing how quickly the spam emails come through on the old email address with the new business name on them

Soo I have to go to Cardiff on Monday for 10 for my fitness test with my company.

The kit list they’ve asked me to bring is so patronising, thing like bring sports shorts and t shirt if you have them and non fashion trainers.

The fitness test is a 10 min at my own pace on a treadmill, a 25m farmers carry of two 20kg, climb 10 flights of stairs and mixture of stretches..

Feel like sprinting as much of the ten mins, and doing lateral raises on the fireman walk

Might turn up as a full kit ****** with my home kit as I’m playing away Saturday.

Knowing my luck I’ll now injure myself on Saturday and won’t be able to walk Monday

Saw something horrific this morning.

A colleague of mine buttered his toast by jabbing the individual serving packets of butter with a fork, then squeezing it out through the holes onto his toast. He then put salt on his bacon.

I think I’m working with a serial killer.
Time to find a new job!

Local democracy has triumphed/ selfish NIMBYs ruin everything.

I just got told the plans to build a health centre on the only green space in the village have been changed to the (soon to be closed) Council buildings. This is a good thing.

There was almost unanimous opposition. Over 200 people turned up to their initial (called at short notice) meeting- around 10% of the village.

One other good thing came of it, too. The local conspiracy nutter turned up and spouted nonsense, and everyone saw him for what he was.
