I’ve been toying with the idea of doing CBT and DAS, got a real itch to get a scrambler or speed twin.. other half keeps telling me no, too early for a mid life crisis :o

Cheers, the issue i have really that stopping me, is i dont have much bike storage space at home, no garage , and the only place i could store a bike would be at the front of the house, behind the drive, which is not a lot of space. If i were to winter store it, it would have to be in the garden, and the only access to the garden is by taking it through the house.


It would be up against the house, and visible to the public - Unless i find somewhere local which i could store it and collect it if i need to


I wouldnt be looking to spend £4k on a bike, id want to pick up maybe a £1000-£1200 runabout

Been to Newbridge Memo thus morning. It was built by local miners about 100 years ago, and is a beautiful place.

I'm pooped..

Working this morning .cycled in to work and back , got home, cleaned polished and waxed the car. Not stopped
 
Blehhhh busiest week ever, several nights out with colleagues leaving drinks and London travel, hosting guests at work etc.

Didn't even drink all week to conserve energy, but last night had 3/4 drinks and karaoke and today just totally spent.

Got some kind of illness, shivering and losing my voice :/

Hoping tomorrow is better.

Good in parts and bad in others I say.
 
Had steak, prawns and chips for lunch (for my belated 61st) with a bunch of family - was a good day. Now I'm wondering if I can make it to 62.

Used car dealers are hilarious.

Get the spiel about how valuable a well looked after performance car is with full dealer service history that has wanted for nothing and how that warrants a premium.....whilst they put the lowest price budget tyres on it to get it through it's MOT.

Lol. Jokers, the lot of them.

The door chips they commented on when valuing mine. Only to sell me a car with the same.
 
Good job checked out passport rules

Didnt realise they have changed the rules,

I need to renew it now, as you need 6 months left on a passport to travel

I have 5 months left on it, which means i cant travel at the moment within the EU

I need to check mine - going to Lithuania in 4 weeks.

Not today though. Today I am off sick!
