This Instant And Moment - 2025!

Looks like it'd need another 4m spent on it!
Yeah they tend to get sold and a replacement dwelling pops up very shiny with lots of glass
Edit/ I guess it's old or older people passing away or not being able to afford upkeep who sell this type, probably relatively affordable when bought but now it's the rich , 2Nd homes Airbnb or both

well tonight's lottery is 4m and so is a rare frontline house in Polzeath but that leaves none for doing it up ,well ok i could manage that ,4k council tax though , really need that extra mil or so to have a comfortable existence

That seems quite overpriced to be honest.

Needs totally refurbishing and isn’t even that big.

Plenty of other nice places to live in Cornwall by the sea that are loads cheaper.

It's not cheap and no it's not massive I walk past it most weekends , frontline tends to be expensive though, I prefer here to Morgan Porth for instance, Feock way is nice but more sailing than surfing, Riverside Cresent Newquay is also there on my wish list , think I spend too much time thinking of these things , then again Manifesting might work

There's a very expensive road here full of mansions, whenever one comes up for sale it gets bought, presumably by developers then knocked down and an even bigger monstrosity goes up in it's place.

I would rather sacrifice the view and get something for £1m further inland.
I see it as being part of the beach almost, a few steps to go down and have a surf , more space would be nice though, this is one I was in last year (that's the Minack theatre on left) the sea was too distant to get the noise and see the changing tides ( but watching the boats at night was very relaxing) but some serious space

Did a job today. Replaced all the radiator valves in a neighbour's house with thermostatic units, and removed a couple of rads so they can paint behind them.

Charged £250, but could likely have gone up to £350. They paid for the materials.

Honestly felt so good to be on the tools again, might set up a little side hustle.

Nice. This is a job I want to do I my house swapping single pane for double pane rads. Same size and hopefully use existing pipework

Not sure on if I need to magnaclean the system though . I was hoping for a straight isolate and swap old rads for new , un-isolate

Today I managed to start on a task I needed to do. sort out bedroom window reveal , re siliconed and used a trowel to give it some product. Will need to wait for.it to dry and sand / paint..

I hate these tasks.

Now having food
