This is how customer service should be done

Good question as I cannot find it on my 300.

Does anybody know where they are?

ta :)

I had that same problem with my P182SE as well. I contacted Antec asking where it was but I've never received a reply. That was about a year ago.

I have an Antec case with a Soungraph LCD panel, it's a nice panel but the software is a bit buggy soemtimes. It's constantly worked on by soundgraph though, and their support isn't that bad.

I do have one of my 80mm fans much louder than the others though, sounds like bad bearings or something, I'm going to contact Antec about that.

Hmmm, still no response from Antec!

As for finding the serial number on the Antec 300, well I couldn't find mine either...but I did find it on the original box (white sticker on the side).

You guys still have your case packaging?

I knew keeping all my boxes would come in handy one day!

Lets see what they say.

Firstly, thanks jaybee for starting this thread!

Contacted Antec using your link yesterday evening. They e mailed me this morning asking for a copy of my invoice. E-mailed it back and the "missing" parts are on their way!! Simples!!!!

Thanks again

I agree Antec are superb. Alongside Hiper have given me the joined best after sales service.

My situation was I was having problems with the fan on my Antec Solo case, it was making a periodic grinding noise (and no nothing was touching it).

Contacted Antec on the understanding that I would likely need to post to them my faulty fan for them to swap it. But instead they just sent me out a brand new Tricool fan.

I will compare this after sales service to Coolermasters after sales service. Had a faulty 850w Real power PSU which I had bought from a competitors store than OCUK.

It was out of the 1year warranty by a few months so obviously well in the 5 year warranty Coolermaster claim to offer.

RMA request ignored, 2nd RMA request also completely ignored.

Email to Coolermaster technical support address, ignored, emails to every coolermaster email address I could find - ignored.

Waited a month and tried another RMA request, ignored, sent further emails to all the Coolermaster email address all ignored.

Was left in the situation of I was not sure what to do, as I paid £110 for that PSU that was faulty. What is the point of offering a 5 year warranty if they don't even want to honour it.

In the end I contacted that competitor store and explained the situation and told them that I did not want another Coolermaster product as they don't honour the warranty, so even though it was out of the 1 year warranty they swapped it for a Corsair HX620.

It is a serious shame that Hiper went out of business, who were fantastic, and Coolermaster have remained.

Both of the magnets on my P182's door have come loose so I might see if they can issue me a replacement on them. Only a petty thing but it does get annoying and I cant find any magnets the right size to put in myself.

Lets see how good they are with a little thing like this.

i recently got a 800d with the sata hotswap bay power connector not spaced out properley, after a quick email to them a new one is on the way!

Sorry to bump this to the top but....

Received "missing" parts for my Antec 1200 from the Netherlands, by post, today!!

Total time from initial request on customer support page, online, to delivery = 6 days

cost = nothing

Customer service = excellent
