summary -

- OP contacted the police a few times; supposedly a sergeant will be involved???
- perp also has what it appears to be a iphone also
- perp went to a local mall and what appeared to be a taxi

Cerberus uses whatever net connection is available, he's likely connected to a wifi point but Cerberus on the web will show this anyway if detailed info is clicked along with other info.
